Per i poster non personalizzati, ti preghiamo di fare riferimento alla nostra politica di reso dettagliata in fondo alla pagina, sotto la voce “Problemi di consegna”. Questa sezione spiega chiaramente le condizioni di reso, rimborso e risoluzione.

🚚 Problemi di consegna (ritardo, pacco smarrito o danneggiato) Se:

  • Il tuo ordine non è arrivato entro il tempo stimato
  • Il tuo pacco è smarrito
  • Il tuo poster arriva danneggiato

📅 Nota bene:
Il corriere ha un processo formale e una tempistica per dichiarare un pacco smarrito, 15 giorni dopo la data di consegna stimata. Prima di allora, il pacco è ufficialmente ancora “in transito”.

⏳ Ritardi di consegna e diritto al rimborso

Il diritto al rimborso per ritardi di consegna si applica solo se il ritardo non è causato da forza maggiore o circostanze al di fuori del controllo del venditore (condizioni meteorologiche, scioperi, eventi eccezionali, ecc.).

Secondo la Direttiva Europea 2011/83/UE:

  • Se non è specificato un termine di consegna fisso (solo una stima),
  • Il venditore deve consegnare l’ordine entro un termine ragionevole, tipicamente fino a 30 giorni dalla conferma dell’ordine

Se questo termine viene superato, al venditore è concesso un ulteriore periodo di una settimana per completare la consegna.

✏️ Posso modificare o annullare il mio ordine?

Sì… e abbiamo anche previsto un po' di flessibilità 😌

👉 Dopo il pagamento, hai una finestra di 30 minuti per contattarci se desideri:

  • Modificare la dimensione del poster
  • Cambiare il colore della cornice
  • Aggiornare da senza cornice a con cornice

Perché a volte ti rendi conto dopo il checkout che la cornice nera starebbe molto meglio e va benissimo così.

⏱️ Dopo questa finestra di 30 minuti, il tuo ordine entra in produzione. A quel punto, le modifiche non sono più possibili, un po' come cercare di riscrivere un film dopo i titoli di coda.

🖼️ Buono a sapersi sulla consegna:

  • I poster con cornice arrivano già incorniciati, pronti da appendere
  • I poster senza cornice sono accuratamente protetti in una pellicola protettiva in plastica
  • I poster senza cornice formato A4 e A3 vengono spediti piani, non arrotolati, per evitare deformazioni e garantire una finitura perfetta appena estratti dalla confezione

assicurarti che il tuo poster arrivi velocemente, ben protetto e esattamente come lo hai immaginato, senza brutte sorprese.

🧾 Riceverò una conferma d'ordine e una fattura?

Dopo aver effettuato il tuo ordine, riceverai:

  • Una email di conferma dell'ordine
  • Una fattura con tutti i dettagli

Se non la vedi, controlla la cartella dello spam (a volte le email scompaiono come la posta a Hogwarts).

💥 Il mio ordine è arrivato danneggiato, cosa devo fare?

Prima di tutto: respira 😌
Sì, può succedere. Anche con il miglior corriere del mondo, un autista di consegna può avere una giornata storta, essere di fretta, oppure il tuo pacco può vivere una vera avventura durante il trasporto.

Da quando lavoriamo con UPS®, i pacchi danneggiati sono molto rari.
Fidati di noi… non vorresti sapere quante email ricevevamo con i nostri corrieri precedenti 😅

Quel problema ora è risolto grazie a:

  • Protezione più robusta
  • Imballaggi migliori
  • Consegne molto più affidabili

Ma diciamolo chiaramente :
I pacchi viaggiano per diversi giorni. Possono cadere, essere impilati, a volte schiacciati… Onestamente, dovremmo mettere una GoPro dentro un pacco per vedere cosa attraversa 🎥📦

🚚 Quando consegniamo i pacchi a UPS®, tutto è perfetto :

  • Numero di telefono

Senza queste informazioni, anche il miglior corriere del mondo non può fare miracoli.

🎬 Uno sguardo rapido al viaggio del tuo pacco:

  • Non appena creiamo la tua etichetta di spedizione e la attacchiamo al pacco → Bam, email
  • Ogni giorno intorno alle 12:00, Paolo, il nostro fantastico autista UPS®, passa a ritirare i pacchi

👉 questi sono probabilmente i peggiori poster di tutti i tempi. Sfuocati, stampati male, colori spenti… Fondamentalmente, il tipo di qualità che ti aspetteresti da un film girato con un telefono nell’ultima fila di un cinema nel 2004.

Ok, ovviamente non 😄 Se fosse vero, venderemmo DVD pirata in un parcheggio.

🎬 Facciamo sul serio (ma non troppo)

I nostri poster sono progettati per durare, non solo per apparire bene in una storia di Instagram.

🖨️ Per i poster ristampati (quando l’originale non è disponibile nella dimensione scelta) :

  • Usiamo inchiostri ecologici, duraturi e di alta qualità
  • Resistenti al tempo e alla luce
  • Per evitare l’effetto “poster ingiallito dopo pochi mesi”

📄 La carta:

  • Carta da museo da 240g
  • Spessa, con una sensazione premium
  • Elegante finitura opaca

Decisamente non carta sottile che si stropiccia se ci respiri vicino.

🖼️ Le cornici:

  • Realizzate in alluminio
  • Leggere una volta appese al muro
  • Non si deformano
  • Non perdono colore col tempo

🎞️ Una cosa importante (e onesta) da sapere

Come ti aspetteresti :

👉 Più il film è vecchio, più la qualità di stampa dipende dalla fonte originale.

Un poster di un film degli anni ’70:

  • Non sarà sempre ultra nitido in 4K
  • E questo è del tutto normale

È come guardare Il Padrino: non Dolby Vision 2025, ma fa parte del suo fascino.

Amiamo sprecare tempo, denaro ed energia vendendo cornici terribili.

Ok, ovviamente no 😄 Se fosse così, faremmo come tutti gli altri: cornici economiche e fragili e “buona fortuna ad assemblarla da solo”.

All’inizio, usavamo cornici di legno. Sulla carta, sembravano belle. Nella realtà? Non proprio.

👉 Una volta appese al muro, si deformavano col tempo.

👉 E durante la spedizione… potevano letteralmente rompersi.

Così abbiamo preso una decisione semplice:

🛑 smettere di usare il legno

✅ passare all’alluminio

🖼️ Perché l’alluminio?

Perché:

  • È leggero (niente momenti da Final Destination per il tuo muro)
  • Non si deforma
  • Non ingiallisce
  • Mantiene il colore per anni
  • E ha una durata impressionante

cornici costruite per durare più a lungo della maggior parte delle trilogie cinematografiche.
