This poster captures Jon Voight's grizzled glare and Eric Roberts' wild-eyed panic as they hijack a train that's more psycho than a escaped convict on caffeine. Wood Frames Suck: Aluminium Wins the Derailment

Wood frames? What a joke, like trusting a paperclip to stop a runaway freight train. They warp, splinter, and yellow faster than Eric Roberts' career detours. Enter aluminium: sleek, savage, and stupidly strong. Lightweight as a prison shank but tough enough to survive Manny's rage fit. No rot, no fade, just pure metallic muscle that hugs your poster like a vice grip. Rust-proof, bend-proof, and blingy enough to make your wall the envy of every gearhead neighbor. Ditch the tree-hugging trash; aluminium frames this epic print in eternal glory. Slim profile screams modern badassery, while wood whimpers in the corner. Mount it, forget it, love it forever. Your Runaway Train poster deserves a frame that won't bail when the action heats up.

Tougher Than Manny's Prison Mug: 240 g/m² Glossy Beast

Picture this: Manny Lopez, Jon Voight's unbreakable convict king, built like he chews razor wire for breakfast. Our poster's paper? 240 g/m² glossy glory, thicker and meaner than Manny's skull after a bar brawl. It laughs at fingerprints, shrugs off coffee spills like icy Alaska winds, and delivers colors so punchy Eric Roberts' hair looks ready to explode off the page. Deep blacks that swallow light like a black hole in a snowstorm. No flimsy junk here; this bad boy hangs flat, frames easy, and stares down your wall like it's daring you to blink. Premium sheen without the diva attitude. Your man cave, dorm, or bunker deserves this heavyweight champ. Glossy finish pops under any light, making Voight's scowl judge your life choices from across the room. Indestructible quality for fans who don't do cheap thrills.

🎬 Why this Runaway Train (1985) Poster is the Real Deal ? 🤩

Listen up, cult flick fiends: Runaway Train (1985) isn't just a movie; it's a snowballing avalanche of adrenaline that crashed into theaters and never slowed down. Directed by Andrei Konchalovsky, this beast stars Jon Voight as Oscar 'Manny' Lopez, a convict so feral he breaks out of a frozen Alaskan prison like it's a bad habit. Eric Roberts plays Buck, the twitchy sidekick with hair bigger than his survival instincts, and Rebecca De Mornay as the tough-as-nails railway worker Sara. They're trapped on a locomotive gone rogue, barreling through blizzards while the sadistic security chief Rankin hunts them like wolves.

The hype? Underground legend status. Critics called it gritty genius; Roger Ebert praised its raw intensity, and it snagged three Oscar nods for Voight, Roberts, and screenplay. Fans rave about the non-stop tension: no CGI cheats, just real trains, real cold, real panic. IMDb hordes give it 7.2/10, but real cinephiles know it's a 10 for '80s action purity. Voight's double-nominee performance (Best Actor) is Manny unhinged, Roberts chews scenery like bubblegum, and the train wreck finale? Chef's kiss chaos.

Why a future classic? In a world of Marvel fluff, Runaway Train delivers blue-collar apocalypse. Based on an unused Kurosawa script, it's got samurai soul in flannel shirts. Collector's wet dream: original posters by Richard Mahon fetch fortunes, with that iconic one-sheet of Voight's menacing mug against snowy doom art that's pure pulp poetry. Our high-quality repro nails every frosty detail, vibrant reds of danger popping like blood on ice.

Reviews scream obsession: 'Voight's best since Deliverance!' 'Roberts at peak wild-man!' Current buzz? Streaming revivals on cult platforms, TikTok edits going viral, and prison-break nostalgia fueling Gen-Z discovery. Own this poster before it derails into eBay auctions. It's not decor; it's a ticket to '85 glory. Hang it, and your walls declare you're ahead of the curve on cinema's runaway gems. Hype train's leaving the station; grab your boarding pass.

Visuals alone make it iconic: cinematography by Alan Hume captures endless white hellscapes, trains twisting like metal serpents. Color theory? Desaturated blues and grays amp the despair, punctuated by fiery oranges of destruction. Art direction turns rusty locomotives into characters meaner than the cons. This poster's your portal to that legacy. Don't sleep; future auctions will laugh at normies without one.

🍿 Why you need a Runaway Train (1985) poster on your wall ? 🤔

Yo, wall warriors: slapping up a Runaway Train (1985) poster isn't decorating; it's declaring war on boring. This bad boy proves you saw it first, back when Jon Voight was growling through blizzards and Eric Roberts' mullet was a national security threat. Imagine Manny's scarred face glaring at guests, whispering, 'Escape or die trying.' Your pad transforms from snooze-fest to action shrine overnight.

Persuasion punch: it's got that Mahon artwork magic, Voight's eyes drilling souls, train roaring like it's about to crash your couch. High-energy vibes for gearheads, '80s obsessives, or anyone dodging vanilla vibes. Hang it in the garage, man cave, or office; bosses crumble under its intensity. 'This proves you're no poser,' it brags silently.

Why you? Because life's too short for cat memes. This poster screams adventure: convicts vs. chaos, ice vs. fire, sanity vs. Roberts' freakout. Collectors hoard originals for thousands; yours is pristine repro, ready to flex. Friends gawk, dates swoon over your taste, enemies? They derail. It's investment art disguised as fun. This poster proves you saw it first-before TikTok ruins it, before auctions skyrocket.

Sarcasm alert: without it, your walls are as exciting as a parked train. With it? Pure nitro. Voight's Manny embodies unbreakable grit; let him motivate your grind. Rebecca's Sara adds edge-fierce female power in flannel. Every glance reignites the thrill: prison break, runaway death ride, helicopter pursuits. Own the chaos. Your space levels up to cult king status. Don't join the herd; lead the locomotive. Snag it now, frame it, bask in glory. Walls without Runaway Train? Amateur hour. Prove you're the conductor of cool.

📼 Stop Scrolling 🤚 Own the Runaway Train (1985) Collector’s Print: Geeky Specs & Shipping

Heavyweight 240 g/m² premium poster paper isn't paper; it's armored fortress stock, museum high quality that laughs at time's decay. Vibrant colors explode like the train's boiler-crimson alerts, electric blues of frozen doom, Voight's grizzled glower in hyper-real detail. Deep blacks suck in light like Alaska's endless night, making Manny's stare pop harder than a derailment.

You're not just buying a poster; you're acquiring a piece of Runaway Train (1985) history. This beast captures Richard Mahon's original artwork: convicts mid-madness, locomotive lunging like a beast unchained. Glossy finish? Razor-sharp, fingerprint-proof, spill-resistant-Manny-tough.

Shipping deets, no BS: A4 and A3 formats arrive perfectly flat in reinforced protective packaging (no curls, no rolls, zero drama). Larger A2 and A1? Carefully rolled in heavy-duty tubes to ensure maximum protection during transit-your print shows up pristine, ready to rule. All formats ready to be framed instantly; no wrestling curls or creases.

Geek specs drilldown: 240 g/m² means heft-pick it up, feel the premium weight. Archival inks defy fading; hang in sunlight, it mocks UV rays. Edges laser-cut clean, colors calibrated for LED glow or bar lighting. Compared to drugstore rags? This is Oscar-nod quality vs. gas station napkin.

Why obsess? Because Runaway Train demands reverence. Voight's double-nominee grit, Roberts' feral energy, Konchalovsky's raw direction-your wall immortalizes it. Shipping worldwide, tracked, insured; we treat it like escaped contraband. Unbox glory, frame, flex. No excuses: this collector’s print ships faster than that freight train hits 100 mph. Your geek cave awaits its king.

🎞️ Framing the Genius: Runaway Train (1985)’s Visual Legacy

Runaway Train (1985)'s visual style? A frozen freight of genius, courtesy cinematographer Alan Hume and director Andrei Konchalovsky. No pretty filters; it's gritty realism cranked to apocalypse levels. Visual language screams survival porn: wide shots of endless snowy voids dwarf humans, turning Manny and Buck into ants on a suicide mission.

Color theory mastery: desaturated palette of icy blues, slate grays, and ghostly whites mirrors prison hell and Alaskan isolation. Punches of fiery orange-explosions, signals, blood-rip through like train horns, heightening panic. Art direction? Rusty hulks of locomotives gleam with menace, interiors claustrophobic cages of flickering fluorescents and sparking consoles. Iconic imagery: Voight's wild-eyed breakout, Roberts dangling from icy catwalks, the train barreling bridge-less into abyss.

Konchalovsky, fresh off Russian epics, infuses Kurosawa roots with Western grit-samurai honor in convict brawls. Dynamic tracking shots mimic the runaway pace: handheld chaos inside speeding cars, aerials of blizzards swallowing rails. Lighting? Harsh practicals cast long shadows, Voight's scars like topographical maps of rage.

Legacy? Influenced every train thriller since-Speed's bus echoes this freight fury. Poster art by Mahon distills it: faces frozen in fury against locomotive maw. Hang our print, own that heritage. Visuals don't just tell the story; they derail your soul. From prison blues to derailment reds, it's color-coded carnage. Art direction nails '80s tactile grit-no CGI, pure practical peril. Iconic freeze-frames: helicopter pursuits silhouetted against whiteouts, De Mornay's defiance amid wreckage. This film's eyes burn through screens-and now your wall.

👀 Did You Know ? 🤯 Fun facts about Runaway Train (1985)
  • Oscar Triple Threat: Nominated for three Academy Awards-Jon Voight (Best Actor), Eric Roberts (Best Supporting Actor), and screenplay by Djordje Milicevic, Paul Zindel, and Edward Bunker. Voight's feral Manny was his fiercest since Deliverance; Roberts chewed the scenery so hard he almost swallowed the train.
  • Kurosawa's Ghost Script: Based on an unused 1960s screenplay by Akira Kurosawa, the samurai master himself. Konchalovsky turned Japanese rail drama into Alaskan convict chaos-think Seven Samurai on snowmobiles.
  • Star Debuts That Exploded: Danny Trejo's feature debut as a savage inmate; he later became the tattooed tough-guy icon of 100+ flicks. Tommy 'Tiny' Lister (pre-Debbie Does Dallas infamy) also bowed here, hulking as a brute before Friday's Deebo.
  • Real Train Terror: No models-actual locomotives smashed for real. Filmed in freezing Alaska and Oregon, crew battled -20°F blizzards. Voight insisted on authentic beatings; stuntmen walked away black-and-blue.
  • Roberts' Method Madness: Eric grew that epic mullet naturally, starved for the role, and improvised freakouts. Directors begged him to tone it down; he cranked it to 11, stealing scenes from Voight.
  • Konchalovsky's Wild Ride: Russian director fled Soviet censorship for Hollywood; this put him on the map. Cannon Films (cheesy action kings) bankrolled it, turning low-budget grit into critical darling.
  • Poster Powerhouse: Richard Mahon's one-sheet art became iconic-Voight's glare haunting collectors. Originals now fetch thousands; ours revives the legend without the auction drama.
  • Buzz Revival: Streaming surges post-2020, TikTok edits viral-izing the finale. Voight called it his favorite; Roberts still tours cons preaching its gospel. Cult status cemented-future Speed progenitor.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, tracking, returns… everything you need to know before confirming your order like Neo choosing the red pill.

📦 Where do you ship ?

We don’t ship to Hawkins, Tatooine, or Westeros, but good news: we ship worldwide, including all across Europe, the UK, the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and many other destinations.

🎬 Quick movie reference: In Cast Away, Tom Hanks survives on a deserted island thanks to a lost FedEx package.

Iconic scene… but definitely not the delivery experience we want for your Runaway Train (1985) poster 😅

👉 That’s exactly why we work with our trusted partner UPS® to make sure your package doesn’t end up lost in the middle of nowhere with only a volleyball for company.

📦 With UPS®, we offer:

  • Standard or Express delivery
  • Home delivery or UPS® Access Point (relay pickup)

💰 Shipping rates:

  • €4.95 standard shipping
  • Free shipping on orders over €50 with UPS® Access Point delivery

📍 The UPS® pickup point selection is made after payment.

⚠️ Please make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number, they’re essential for real-time tracking updates and delivery notifications.

Bottom line: at Popcorn Poster, your package arrives safely at your door, not on a deserted beach with “HELP” written in the sand.

⏱️ How long does delivery take ?

Great question and don’t worry, the answer won’t last as long as Titanic.

📦 All orders leave our warehouses within 24 hours after being placed. No waiting around like Tom Hanks in The Terminal.

🚚 Two delivery options with our partner UPS®:

  • Express delivery: 24–48 hours, depending on the destination country ( Faster than The Flash, no super suit required )
  • Standard delivery: around 1-6 business days ( Perfect if you’re not in a rush like Frodo heading to Mordor )

📍 All shipments are fully tracked in real time.
⚠️ Make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number at checkout — they’re essential to receive UPS® tracking updates at every step of the journey.

🌧️ Real-world disclaimer : Occasional delays can happen due to weather conditions, high shipping volumes or unexpected events. No need to panic, we usually start investigating after 7 business days (excluding weekends).

🚀 Why UPS®?
Because it’s simply the fastest international carrier, with one of the best delivery services in the world. We’d rather invest in reliability than turn your delivery into a Mission: Impossible scenario.

💸 We cover a large part of the shipping costs, because our goal is simple: to offer you the best delivery service possible, wherever you are in the world, no compromises.

Bottom line: your poster arrives fast, fully tracked, and without any Indiana Jones level adventures.

📍 Can I track my order ?

Yes. And not just “kind of” 😌 As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS® tracking link.

📦 With UPS®, you can track your poster in real time, step by step, almost like Nick Fury monitoring his agents.

📲 For tracking to work perfectly, it’s very important to double-check all your details before placing your order:

  • Complete and correct delivery address (This happens every day: missing house number, wrong country selected, incomplete street name…)
  • Valid and accessible email address
  • Correct phone number

🎬 Let’s be honest:
All we want is for your package with your awesome new poster to arrive as fast as possible, and in perfect condition.

A quick check now saves you from needing a Back to the Future-style time travel to fix a wrong address.

📧 One more important thing about email:
Please don’t use a throwaway or inaccessible email address. We won’t spam you (we’re not Skynet), but:

  • UPS® pickup codes are sent by email
  • Delivery notifications too

Without access to your inbox, there’s unfortunately nothing we can do, and your package may vanish forever, like a lost VHS tape from the 90s.

🎥 In short:
You know where your package is, when it arrives, and how to collect it, no need to play Sherlock Holmes or watch the street like Walter White behind the curtains.

🔄 What if I want to return my poster ?

We get it, even Citizen Kane didn’t please everyone.

🎨 Custom posters

Custom posters are non-returnable and non-refundable. They’re printed specifically for you, like a James Bond–tailored suit: once it’s made, it’s yours.

📦 Non-custom posters

For non-custom posters, please refer to our detailed return policy at the bottom of the page, under “Delivery Issues”. This section clearly explains return, refund, and resolution conditions.

🚚 Delivery issues (delay, lost or damaged package) If:

  • Your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe
  • Your package is lost
  • Your poster arrives damaged

👉 contact us at hello@popcornposter.com. We’ll immediately work with the carrier (UPS®) to resolve the issue.

📅 Please note:
The carrier has a formal process and timeline to declare a package as lost, 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Before that, the package is officially still “in transit”.

⏳ Delivery delays & right to a refund

The right to a refund for delivery delays only applies if the delay is not caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the seller’s control (weather conditions, strikes, exceptional events, etc.).

According to European Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • If no fixed delivery time is specified (only an estimate),
  • The seller must deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe, typically up to 30 days from the order confirmation

If this timeframe is exceeded, the seller is granted an additional one-week period to complete the delivery.

🎬 In short:
We never leave customers without support, but we also believe in solving things calmly, without a failed-season-finale level of drama.

Orders & Payments

Orders, payments & behind-the-scenes details (The part people skip… but shouldn’t)

💳 What payment methods do you accept ?

We keep it simple and secure 🔒

We accept:

  • Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are 100% secure. Even Bruce Wayne would approve this checkout.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order ?

Yes… and we’ve even built in a little flexibility 😌

👉 After payment, you have a 30-minute window to contact us if you’d like to:

  • Change the poster size
  • Switch the frame color
  • Upgrade from unframed to framed

Because sometimes you realize after checkout that the black frame would look way better and that’s totally fine.

⏱️ After this 30-minute window, your order enters production. At that point, changes are no longer possible, kind of like trying to rewrite a movie after the end credits.

🖼️ Good to know about delivery:

  • Framed posters arrive fully framed, ready to hang
  • Unframed posters are carefully protected in a plastic protective film
  • A4 and A3 unframed posters are shipped flat, not rolled, to prevent any deformation and ensure a perfect finish right out of the package

Our goal is simple:

to make sure your poster arrives fast, well-protected, and exactly how you imagined it, no bad surprises.

🧾 Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice ?

Absolutely 😌

After placing your order, you’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • An invoice with all details

If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (sometimes emails disappear like mail at Hogwarts).

Need a custom invoice? Just contact us.

💥 My order arrived damaged, what should I do ?

First: breathe 😌
Yes, it can happen. Even with the best carrier in the world, a delivery driver can have a bad day, be in a rush, or your package can go through a real adventure during transit.

👉 The good news:
Since working with UPS®, damaged packages are very rare.
Trust us… you don’t want to know how many emails we used to get with our previous carriers 😅

That problem is now solved thanks to:

  • Stronger protection
  • Better packaging
  • Much more reliable delivery

But let’s be real :
Packages travel for several days. They can fall, be stacked, sometimes crushed… Honestly, we should put a GoPro inside a package to see what it goes through 🎥📦

🚚 When we hand packages over to UPS®, everything is perfect :

Paolo, our UPS® driver, comes by every day with a smile, packages leave well protected and damage-free. After that… they go on their journey.

👉 If you’re part of the 1% of cases where a package arrives damaged :

It’s not a big deal. it’s annoying (we agree), and trust me:

👉 if I ordered something and received it damaged, I’d be annoyed too.

Here’s what to do calmly 👇

  1. Take a photo of the package
  2. Take a photo of the poster
  3. Email us at hello@popcornposter.com

(with your order number, ex. #1001)

📩 Important - Customer support :
Our customer service is handled exclusively by email.

🙅‍♂️ Not via Instagram

🙅‍♂️ Not via TikTok

🙅‍♂️ And unfortunately… not by owls either ⚡🦉

Why ? Because email allows us to :

  • Properly track your case
  • Keep all information in one place
  • Respond quickly and efficiently

📬 Marion checks emails every single day and replies to everyone.

If we have all the required info, within 24 hours, we’ll find a solution together, fast, and one that works for you.

🙏 Friendly advice :

  • Please avoid ALL CAPS emails
  • Avoid aggressive or entitled tones

Otherwise Marion gets angry… and I have to deal with her being angry all day 😡😅

Nobody wins.

If Marion solved your issue (and trust us, she really solves them all), please consider leaving a Trustpilot review mentioning her name: Marion isn’t ChatGPT, she reads every review, and she’ll absolutely love seeing her name mentioned with positive feedback 👀😇

🎬 Bottom line :

We ship dozens of packages every day, we do everything we can to make sure everything arrives perfectly, and when something goes wrong, we own it and fix it.

Simple, human, efficient. 🫶

❓ I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

First things first, something very important 👇 (No panic, this isn’t an episode of Lost.)

👉 Make sure you entered complete and accurate contact details when placing your order:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Valid email address
  • Phone number

Without this information, even the best carrier in the world can’t work miracles.

📦 All orders are tracked via UPS®, and the tracking is (truly) extremely precise.

🎬 A quick look at your package’s journey:

  • As soon as we create your shipping label and attach it to the package → Bam, email
  • Every day around 12 PM, Paolo, our awesome UPS® driver, comes by to collect the parcels
  • Before your package even enters his super truck, Paolo scans each parcel one by oneBam, email
  • When he drops your package at the UPS® logistics hub for proper routing → Quick scan, Bam email

👉 Result: you receive an email at every single movement of your package. Your poster is tracked more closely than a main character in a TV series.

🖨️ Important note for custom posters:

Custom posters may require up to 24 additional hours of processing, depending on demand. Why ?

Because this one isn’t in stock, we create it ourselves, specifically for you. Nothing to worry about, it may just take a little longer, and that’s completely normal.

Now, real-world shipping reality :

Delays can happen (weather conditions, logistics issues, unexpected events). It’s not common, but it happens.

👉 We only really start worrying after 7 business days (excluding weekends).

If that timeframe is exceeded, contact us and we’ll immediately open an investigation with UPS®.

🎬 Bottom line:
We never leave a customer without a solution, but we also avoid jumping to conclusions like a Netflix thriller after 10 minutes.

If you’re really worried about where your order might be hiding, send us an email at hello@popcornposter.com and Marion will take care of the investigation with Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Machine 🕵️‍♂️🚐🍿

About Our Products

This is where we answer all the questions your brain asks while staring at a poster thinking : “Okay… but is it really that cool in real life?” Spoiler: it is.

🍿 What kind of posters do you sell ?

At Popcorn Poster, we don’t do “a bit of home decor.” We do cinema. A lot of cinema. Probably too much cinema. 🎬🍿

More specifically, our catalog includes thousands of movie and TV series posters, in multiple languages, sourced from cinemas all around the world.

Yes ! we’re talking about one of the largest movie poster catalogs in the world. And no, we’re not just saying that for fun (okay… maybe a little).

You’ll find posters from:

  • 🎥 cult movies you can quote by heart
  • 🏛️ timeless classics you deeply respect
  • 🚀 recent films that blew your mind
  • 📺 iconic TV series you binge-watched “just one episode”… until sunrise

And most importantly : 👉 in multiple languages, because cinema has never spoken just one.

🎞️ Where do our posters come from?

Our posters can be:

  • Original cinema posters, used in theaters around the world
  • Or high-quality reprints, when the original isn’t available in the size you choose

Either way, we’re obsessive about quality, so the final result looks amazing on your wall, not just accurate on paper.

🎬 What if I can’t find the movie or series of my dreams?

That’s exactly why we created CHOOSE YOUR MOVIE 🕶️ If you can’t find what you’re looking for :

  1. Simply type the movie or TV show name
  2. Choose the size
  3. And we take care of the rest

👉 No endless searching

👉 No comparing random websites

👉 No DIY headaches

You choose.

We print.

You receive your poster.

🎥 In short:

Popcorn Poster means:

  • A massive catalog
  • Worldwide cinema
  • Thousands of references
  • And the certainty that even if you don’t see it right away…

    👉 your movie exists here.
🖨️ Is the print quality actually that good ?

Let’s be honest right from the start :

👉 these are probably the worst posters of all time. Blurry, poorly printed, dull colors… Basically, the kind of quality you’d expect from a movie filmed on a phone in the back row of a cinema in 2004.

Okay, obviously not 😄 If that were true, we’d be selling bootleg DVDs in a parking lot.

🎬 Let’s get serious (but not too serious)

Our posters are designed to last, not just look good in an Instagram story.

🖨️ For reprinted posters (when the original isn’t available in your chosen size) :

  • We use eco-friendly, long-lasting, high-quality inks
  • Resistant to time and light
  • To avoid the “yellowing poster after a few months” effect

📄 The paper:

  • 240g museum-grade paper
  • Thick, premium feel
  • Elegant matte finish

Definitely not thin paper that wrinkles if you breathe near it.

🖼️ The frames:

  • Made of aluminum
  • Lightweight once on the wall
  • Won’t warp
  • Won’t lose color over time
  • Impressive lifespan

The kind of frame you hang, forget about, and still looks perfect years later.

🎞️ One important (and honest) thing to know

As you might expect :

👉 The older the movie, the more the print quality depends on the original source.

A movie poster from the 1970s:

  • Won’t always look ultra-sharp 4K
  • And that’s completely normal

It’s like watching The Godfather: Not Dolby Vision 2025, but that’s exactly part of its charm.

🎬 Bottom line:

Our posters are:

  • Carefully printed
  • Made with premium materials
  • Designed to last
  • And respectful of cinema history

Not a tired VHS, not fake overhyped 4K, but an honest, cinematic result, as it should be.

🖼️ Are the frames high quality ?

Let’s start with the truth: 👉 of course not.
We love wasting time, money, and energy selling terrible frames.

Okay, obviously no 😄 If that were the case, we’d do what everyone else does: cheap, fragile frames and “good luck assembling it yourself.”

🎬 A true story

At first, we used wooden frames. On paper, they looked nice. In real life? Not so much.

👉 Once on the wall, they warped over time.

👉 And during shipping… they could literally break apart.

So we made a simple decision:

🛑 stop using wood

✅ switch to aluminum

🖼️ Why aluminum?

Because:

  • It’s lightweight (no Final Destination moment for your wall)
  • It doesn’t warp
  • It doesn’t yellow
  • It keeps its color for years
  • And has an impressive lifespan

🎬 In short:

frames built to last longer than most movie trilogies.

🛠️ And most importantly… no IKEA-style assembly

When you order a framed poster from Popcorn Poster,

👉 it arrives already framed, ready to hang.

Not like:

  • Some poster sellers
  • Or an IKEA piece you assemble on a Sunday night with one screw left over

We do the work for you.

🎨 What we actually do (and yes, it takes time)

  • We select the frame (black, chrome, white…)
  • Carefully place the poster inside
  • Make sure no dust or hair sneaks in
  • Wrap everything in our protective sleeves
  • Place it in strong packaging
  • And off it goes 🚚🍿

✨ The finish

Our frames have:

  • A slightly matte finish
  • With just a touch of shine

Once on the wall or on a shelf, it makes a real difference in a home. Because a poster isn’t just decoration.

It’s:

  • An atmosphere
  • A soul
  • Your personality on display

You’re not going to pick a generic, ugly frame everyone else has.

👉 Your home represents who you are.

And every day, when you walk past your poster, you’ll feel that little moment of satisfaction. You’ll see 😌
