📏 Size Guide & Finishes
🎞️ Size Guide: Pick Your "Blockbuster" Format
Whether you’re decorating a cozy "indie movie" studio or an IMAX-sized living room, we’ve got the perfect aspect ratio for your walls.
⚪ A4 : 21 x 29.7 cm (8.3 x 11.7 in) The "Grogu" Format. Small, cute, but packs a serious Force. Perfect for building a "Wall of Fame" in tight spaces.
⚪ A3 : 29.7 x 42 cm (11.7 x 16.5 in) The "Multiverse" Format. Not too big, not too small. Perfectly balanced, as Thanos would say (but without snapping half your decor away).
⚪ A2 : 42 x 59.4 cm (16.5 x 23.4 in) The "Heisenberg" Format. Now we’re cooking. This size doesn't just sit there; it’s the one who knocks on your living room door.
⚪ A1 : 59.4 x 84.1 cm (23.4 x 33.1 in) The "King Kong" Format. The Final Boss. A poster so massive it could probably stop a White Walker invasion. Go Big or Go Home.
🖼️ Finishes & Frames
Choose your art Raw (Unframed) or Upgraded in our premium aluminum armor :
- Black Aluminum: The "Dark Knight" Style. Sleek, matte, and elegant. It’s the James Bond tuxedo for your poster. A timeless classic.
- Chrome Aluminum: The "Stark Tech" Style. Polished, shiny, and futuristic. For that high-end Cyberpunk gallery vibe.
📦 Shipping & Handling
We treat your posters with more respect than John Wick treats his dog. Guaranteed no "spoilers" (or creases) upon arrival !
- A4 & A3 (Unframed): These travel flat in heavy-duty reinforced armor. More bulletproof than the A-Team van.
- A2 & A1 (Unframed): Carefully rolled in protective tissue paper and tucked into extra-strong tubes. They arrive ready to be unrolled like a Red Carpet at Cannes.
- Framed Posters (All Sizes): Maximum protection. We use specialized shock-resistant boxes and reinforced corners. Even a Fast & Furious car chase wouldn't scratch them.
🤓 The "Fine Print" (Post-Credits Scene)
Before you hit "Play" on your order, here’s a little legal fan-fiction to keep things smooth :
⚪ Visual FX vs. Reality : Just like a CGI trailer, our photos are not contractual. Colors might vary slightly in print- think of it as a "Variant" in the Multiverse.
⚪ The "Popcorn" Incident : While our name is Popcorn Poster, the actual popcorn seen in the photos is just for show. It’s not included. If we shipped real popcorn, it would be as stale as a 20-year-old VHS tape by the time it reached you.
⚪ Lights, Camera... No Action : The lighting bar featured above our frames in the photos is for dramatic effect only. It’s not part of the package. You’ll have to bring your own "Stark Industries" tech to light up your walls!
⚪ The Fan Statement : We have no official affiliation with the brands, studios, or caped crusaders featured in our designs. We’re just enthusiasts -like Peter Parker with his camera - aiming to help culture flourish.
⚪ Copyright Protocol : If any brand or "Supreme Leader" prefers not to be highlighted in our gallery, please reach out to us at hello@popcornposter.com. We’ll remove it faster than a glitch in the Matrix.

🎬 Why this Let's Be Cops (2014) Poster is the Real Deal 🤩
The Let's Be Cops (2014) Phenomenon You Need to Understand
Let's Be Cops arrived in August 2014 as a summer comedy that nobody expected to become a cult classic. Directed by Luke Greenfield and starring Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jr., this film took a deceptively simple premise and turned it into 104 minutes of pure chaos. Two broke best friends wear police uniforms to a college reunion, discover that people actually respect them, and decide to keep the charade going. Hilarity, danger, and unexpected character growth ensue.
The internet immediately fell in love with the chemistry between Johnson and Wayans Jr. Their fluid riffing, their ability to sell every ridiculous moment, and their comedic timing created something that transcended typical buddy-cop comedy territory. The film grossed $138.2 million worldwide against a modest $17 million budget, proving that audiences were starving for this exact brand of humor mixed with genuine danger.
What makes this poster essential for any film geek's collection is its representation of a turning point in comedy cinema. Before the endless reboots, before the algorithm crushed original ideas, Let's Be Cops dared to be exactly what it was: unapologetically fun, genuinely funny, and surprisingly thrilling. The poster captures Jake Johnson's Ryan at peak confidence and Damon Wayans Jr.'s Justin at peak reluctance, the dynamic tension that powered every scene.
Critics initially dismissed it as a typical summer action comedy, but time has proven otherwise. The film's exploration of identity, success, and friendship underneath the surface jokes gave it staying power. The poster serves as a visual reminder of when comedies could still be spectacles, when two talented actors could carry an entire film on their chemistry and comedic instincts.
This isn't nostalgia talking. This is recognition that Let's Be Cops occupies that rare space: a film that was commercially successful, critically underrated, and endlessly quotable. Owning this poster means you understand the assignment. You recognize quality when you see it. You're the type who remembers when Jake Johnson was still primarily known as a New Girl co-star with serious comedic range, before his career took him in different directions.
The poster immortalizes the exact moment when two losers became heroes (fake ones, but still), when wearing the uniform granted them access to respect they never earned. It's a visual paradox: authority without authenticity, consequence without actual qualification, and somehow, growth through complete and utter fraud. Future film students will study Let's Be Cops as a masterclass in buddy-comedy structure. This poster will be on their walls.
🍿 Why you need a Let's Be Cops (2014) poster on your wall 🤔
This Poster Proves You Saw It First (And You Know Why It Matters)
You're not buying a poster. You're acquiring proof of taste. You're hanging something that says to every visitor: 'I appreciate comedy that doesn't insult my intelligence. I recognize chemistry when I see it. I knew Jake Johnson was a comedic powerhouse before mainstream media caught up.'
This poster announces that you were there in August 2014 when two broke guys in cop uniforms became the summer's most entertaining crime fighters. You watched it unfold. You laughed. You quoted it. You probably rewatched it on streaming platforms more times than you'd care to admit because it hits different every time.
Wall real estate is sacred. Every poster occupies space that could house something forgettable. This Let's Be Cops poster? It's a conversation starter. It's a signal to fellow film geeks that you operate on a different wavelength. While other people are buying generic superhero prints, you're championing a buddy-comedy gem that aged like fine wine because its humor was never dependent on topicality.
The image captures the exact energy of the film: confidence meets chaos, friendship meets consequence, and two guys who have absolutely no business pretending to be police officers but are somehow making it work anyway. Every time you glance at it, you'll remember why you loved this film. Every time a guest notices it, you'll get to explain why Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jr. deserved more recognition for what they pulled off.
This poster becomes part of your identity as a film enthusiast. It says you understand that comedies can be smart, thrilling, and genuinely funny simultaneously. It says you don't follow trends; you recognize excellence. It says that in a world of algorithmic recommendations and focus-grouped mediocrity, you still have the ability to spot something special when it arrives, even if it's wearing the wrong uniform.

Museum-Grade Quality That Treats Your Poster Like Evidence
This isn't another thin, flimsy poster that curls at the corners the moment humidity enters the room. You're receiving a heavyweight 240 g/m² premium poster paper that feels substantial in your hands, the kind of material used in actual galleries and museums. The paper has density. It has presence. It refuses to be ignored, much like the film itself.
The printing process captures vibrant colors so vivid they seem to leap off the surface. Deep blacks render with intensity that brings the nighttime scenes and dramatic moments to life. Blues pop with authority (fitting for a film about fake cops). Skin tones maintain natural warmth while details remain crisp at any viewing distance. This isn't consumer-grade printing; it's archival quality that will still look remarkable in 10, 20, or 30 years.
The glossy finish adds sophistication and reflects light in a way that makes the image dynamically change depending on your viewing angle and the room's lighting. It's a subtle premium touch that separates real collectors from casual purchasers.
Shipping is where most poster companies fail. Not here. A4 and A3 formats arrive perfectly flat, protected in reinforced packaging that prevents any damage, curling, or creasing during transit. You open the package and the poster is pristine, ready to frame immediately without any restoration required.
Larger A2 and A1 formats are carefully rolled in heavy-duty protective tubes, engineered to protect the poster while maintaining its structural integrity. The rolling is done with precision to ensure zero stress on the paper fibers. You unroll it, and it lies flat naturally, no waves, no memory of being confined.
All formats arrive ready for framing with zero preparation needed. No repairs. No adjustments. No surprises. Whether you're pairing it with the aluminium frame for a contemporary look or choosing your own framing solution, the poster arrives in museum-ready condition. It's the level of care you'd expect from someone who understands that film posters aren't commodities; they're cultural artifacts.
🎞️ Framing the Genius: Let's Be Cops (2014)'s Visual Legacy
Why the Cinematography Matters More Than You Realize
Let's Be Cops operates in a specific visual language: the cheerful California summer meets the underbelly of organized crime. The cinematography walks that line perfectly, using bright daylight to emphasize the absurdity of two unemployed guys successfully impersonating police officers, then shifting to darker palettes when the story enters genuine danger territory.
The color theory underlying the film is deliberate. Blues and blacks dominate the cop uniform sequences, creating authority and legitimacy where none exists. The contrast between the legitimacy the uniforms suggest and the desperation of the characters wearing them creates visual tension. Every scene where Ryan and Justin wear the uniforms plays with this cognitive dissonance: they look official, but everything else about them screams 'fake.'
The art direction captures Los Angeles specifically, not as a generic city but as a character itself. The locations matter: the college reunion venue establishes their failure, the restaurant becomes the emotional heart where Justin finds romance and purpose, the Albanian gang's operations represent the real consequences of their charade, and every street they patrol on becomes a stage where their fraud is on constant display.
Iconic imagery emerges naturally from the narrative. The modified Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor purchased on eBay becomes as much a character as any human actor. The bare-knuckle boxing sequence delivers visceral action that grounds the comedy in actual stakes. The tunnel connecting the restaurant to the mob operation serves as both literal and metaphorical passage between two worlds.
Director Luke Greenfield uses tight framing to emphasize the characters' emotional states. Wide shots of Los Angeles highways create isolation and scale, making our heroes appear small and vulnerable despite their uniforms. Close-ups capture the moment when confidence falters, when the reality of their situation breaks through the performance. The visual language consistently reinforces that these are amateurs playing professional roles, and the cinematography never lets you forget that tension.
👀 Did You Know 🤯 Fun facts about Let's Be Cops (2014)
Production Secrets That Make You Appreciate the Film Even More
Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jr. carried this entire film on their chemistry, and that wasn't accidental. Both actors had proven their comedic chops on television (Johnson on New Girl, Wayans Jr. on various projects), but Let's Be Cops became their opportunity to headline a major theatrical release. Their fluid riffing style suggests significant improvisation, though the script provided the structure they needed to build their comedic moments.
The film was shot on location in Atlanta, Georgia, not Los Angeles, despite being set in LA. This created an interesting production dynamic: the crew was filming a movie about Los Angeles in an entirely different city, which adds a meta-layer to the already absurdist premise. The Atlanta locations work convincingly enough that most viewers never realize the visual deception.
Luke Greenfield's previous directorial effort was the romantic comedy Something Borrowed (2011), making Let's Be Cops a significant tonal shift toward action-comedy territory. Greenfield proved his versatility by balancing genuine dramatic moments with high-stakes action sequences, something that lesser directors failed to accomplish in similar buddy-cop projects.
Nina Dobrev's role as Josie evolved during production. The romantic subplot initially felt thin on the page, but Dobrev and Johnson's chemistry elevated it beyond typical romantic comedy mechanics. Her character's journey from love interest to active participant in the climactic sequence added dimension that the script's first draft probably didn't fully capture.
The supporting cast elevated every scene they touched. Rob Riggle as Patrol Officer Segars provided the moral center that made the crazy premise work within narrative logic. Andy García as Detective Brolin and James D'Arcy as Mossi Kasic brought legitimate menace that made the third-act transition from comedy to action genuinely work. This wasn't a comedy trying to become an action film; it was always both simultaneously.
The box office success surprised critics who'd dismissed the premise as thin. The $138.2 million worldwide gross against a $17 million budget made this one of 2014's most profitable films, proving that audiences understood what critics missed: sometimes the best cinema celebrates friendship, growth, and the chaos that comes from people stepping wildly outside their competence zones.

A quick check now saves you from needing a Back to the Future-style time travel to fix a wrong address.

🔄 What if I want to return my poster ?

🎨 Custom posters
Custom posters are non-returnable and non-refundable. They’re printed specifically for you, like a James Bond–tailored suit: once it’s made, it’s yours.
📦 Non-custom posters
For non-custom posters, please refer to our detailed return policy at the bottom of the page, under “Delivery Issues”. This section clearly explains return, refund, and resolution conditions.
🚚 Delivery issues (delay, lost or damaged package) If:
- Your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe
- Your package is lost
- Your poster arrives damaged
👉 contact us at hello@popcornposter.com. We’ll immediately work with the carrier (UPS®) to resolve the issue.
📅 Please note:
The carrier has a formal process and timeline to declare a package as lost, 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Before that, the package is officially still “in transit”.
⏳ Delivery delays & right to a refund
The right to a refund for delivery delays only applies if the delay is not caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the seller’s control (weather conditions, strikes, exceptional events, etc.).
According to European Directive 2011/83/EU:
- If no fixed delivery time is specified (only an estimate),
- The seller must deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe, typically up to 30 days from the order confirmation
If this timeframe is exceeded, the seller is granted an additional one-week period to complete the delivery.
🎬 In short:
We never leave customers without support, but we also believe in solving things calmly, without a failed-season-finale level of drama.
Orders & Payments
Orders, payments & behind-the-scenes details (The part people skip… but shouldn’t)
💳 What payment methods do you accept ?
We keep it simple and secure 🔒
We accept:
- Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
All payments are 100% secure. Even Bruce Wayne would approve this checkout.
✏️ Can I change or cancel my order ?
Yes… and we’ve even built in a little flexibility 😌
👉 After payment, you have a 30-minute window to contact us if you’d like to:
- Change the poster size
- Switch the frame color
- Upgrade from unframed to framed
Because sometimes you realize after checkout that the black frame would look way better and that’s totally fine.
⏱️ After this 30-minute window, your order enters production. At that point, changes are no longer possible, kind of like trying to rewrite a movie after the end credits.
🖼️ Good to know about delivery:
- Framed posters arrive fully framed, ready to hang
- Unframed posters are carefully protected in a plastic protective film
- A4 and A3 unframed posters are shipped flat, not rolled, to prevent any deformation and ensure a perfect finish right out of the package
Our goal is simple:
to make sure your poster arrives fast, well-protected, and exactly how you imagined it, no bad surprises.
🧾 Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice ?
Absolutely 😌
After placing your order, you’ll receive:
- An order confirmation email
- An invoice with all details
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (sometimes emails disappear like mail at Hogwarts).
Need a custom invoice? Just contact us.
💥 My order arrived damaged, what should I do ?
First: breathe 😌
Yes, it can happen. Even with the best carrier in the world, a delivery driver can have a bad day, be in a rush, or your package can go through a real adventure during transit.
👉 The good news:
Since working with UPS®, damaged packages are very rare.
Trust us… you don’t want to know how many emails we used to get with our previous carriers 😅
That problem is now solved thanks to:
- Stronger protection
- Better packaging
- Much more reliable delivery
But let’s be real :
Packages travel for several days. They can fall, be stacked, sometimes crushed… Honestly, we should put a GoPro inside a package to see what it goes through 🎥📦
🚚 When we hand packages over to UPS®, everything is perfect :
Paolo, our UPS® driver, comes by every day with a smile, packages leave well protected and damage-free. After that… they go on their journey.
👉 If you’re part of the 1% of cases where a package arrives damaged :
It’s not a big deal. it’s annoying (we agree), and trust me:
👉 if I ordered something and received it damaged, I’d be annoyed too.
Here’s what to do calmly 👇
- Take a photo of the package
- Take a photo of the poster
- Email us at hello@popcornposter.com
(with your order number, ex. #1001)
📩 Important - Customer support :
Our customer service is handled exclusively by email.
🙅♂️ Not via Instagram
🙅♂️ Not via TikTok
🙅♂️ And unfortunately… not by owls either ⚡🦉
Why ? Because email allows us to :
- Properly track your case
- Keep all information in one place
- Respond quickly and efficiently
📬 Marion checks emails every single day and replies to everyone.
If we have all the required info, within 24 hours, we’ll find a solution together, fast, and one that works for you.
🙏 Friendly advice :
- Please avoid ALL CAPS emails
- Avoid aggressive or entitled tones
Otherwise Marion gets angry… and I have to deal with her being angry all day 😡😅
Nobody wins.
If Marion solved your issue (and trust us, she really solves them all), please consider leaving a Trustpilot review mentioning her name: Marion isn’t ChatGPT, she reads every review, and she’ll absolutely love seeing her name mentioned with positive feedback 👀😇
🎬 Bottom line :
We ship dozens of packages every day, we do everything we can to make sure everything arrives perfectly, and when something goes wrong, we own it and fix it.
Simple, human, efficient. 🫶
❓ I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
First things first, something very important 👇 (No panic, this isn’t an episode of Lost.)
👉 Make sure you entered complete and accurate contact details when placing your order:
- Correct delivery address
- Valid email address
- Phone number
Without this information, even the best carrier in the world can’t work miracles.
📦 All orders are tracked via UPS®, and the tracking is (truly) extremely precise.
🎬 A quick look at your package’s journey:
- As soon as we create your shipping label and attach it to the package → Bam, email
- Every day around 12 PM, Paolo, our awesome UPS® driver, comes by to collect the parcels
- Before your package even enters his super truck, Paolo scans each parcel one by one → Bam, email
- When he drops your package at the UPS® logistics hub for proper routing → Quick scan, Bam email
👉 Result: you receive an email at every single movement of your package. Your poster is tracked more closely than a main character in a TV series.
🖨️ Important note for custom posters:
Custom posters may require up to 24 additional hours of processing, depending on demand. Why ?
Because this one isn’t in stock, we create it ourselves, specifically for you. Nothing to worry about, it may just take a little longer, and that’s completely normal.
⏳ Now, real-world shipping reality :
Delays can happen (weather conditions, logistics issues, unexpected events). It’s not common, but it happens.
👉 We only really start worrying after 7 business days (excluding weekends).
If that timeframe is exceeded, contact us and we’ll immediately open an investigation with UPS®.
🎬 Bottom line:
We never leave a customer without a solution, but we also avoid jumping to conclusions like a Netflix thriller after 10 minutes.
If you’re really worried about where your order might be hiding, send us an email at hello@popcornposter.com and Marion will take care of the investigation with Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Machine 🕵️♂️🚐🍿
About Our Products
This is where we answer all the questions your brain asks while staring at a poster thinking : “Okay… but is it really that cool in real life?” Spoiler: it is.
🍿 What kind of posters do you sell ?
At Popcorn Poster, we don’t do “a bit of home decor.” We do cinema. A lot of cinema. Probably too much cinema. 🎬🍿
More specifically, our catalog includes thousands of movie and TV series posters, in multiple languages, sourced from cinemas all around the world.
Yes ! we’re talking about one of the largest movie poster catalogs in the world. And no, we’re not just saying that for fun (okay… maybe a little).
You’ll find posters from:
- 🎥 cult movies you can quote by heart
- 🏛️ timeless classics you deeply respect
- 🚀 recent films that blew your mind
- 📺 iconic TV series you binge-watched “just one episode”… until sunrise
And most importantly : 👉 in multiple languages, because cinema has never spoken just one.
🎞️ Where do our posters come from?
Our posters can be:
- Original cinema posters, used in theaters around the world
- Or high-quality reprints, when the original isn’t available in the size you choose
Either way, we’re obsessive about quality, so the final result looks amazing on your wall, not just accurate on paper.
🎬 What if I can’t find the movie or series of my dreams?
That’s exactly why we created CHOOSE YOUR MOVIE 🕶️ If you can’t find what you’re looking for :
- Simply type the movie or TV show name
- Choose the size
- And we take care of the rest
👉 No endless searching
👉 No comparing random websites
👉 No DIY headaches
You choose.
We print.
You receive your poster.
🎥 In short:
Popcorn Poster means:
- A massive catalog
- Worldwide cinema
- Thousands of references
- And the certainty that even if you don’t see it right away…
👉 your movie exists here.
🖨️ Is the print quality actually that good ?
Let’s be honest right from the start :
👉 these are probably the worst posters of all time. Blurry, poorly printed, dull colors… Basically, the kind of quality you’d expect from a movie filmed on a phone in the back row of a cinema in 2004.
…
Okay, obviously not 😄 If that were true, we’d be selling bootleg DVDs in a parking lot.
🎬 Let’s get serious (but not too serious)
Our posters are designed to last, not just look good in an Instagram story.
🖨️ For reprinted posters (when the original isn’t available in your chosen size) :
- We use eco-friendly, long-lasting, high-quality inks
- Resistant to time and light
- To avoid the “yellowing poster after a few months” effect
📄 The paper:
- 240g museum-grade paper
- Thick, premium feel
- Elegant matte finish
Definitely not thin paper that wrinkles if you breathe near it.
🖼️ The frames:
- Made of aluminum
- Lightweight once on the wall
- Won’t warp
- Won’t lose color over time
- Impressive lifespan
The kind of frame you hang, forget about, and still looks perfect years later.
🎞️ One important (and honest) thing to know
As you might expect :
👉 The older the movie, the more the print quality depends on the original source.
A movie poster from the 1970s:
- Won’t always look ultra-sharp 4K
- And that’s completely normal
It’s like watching The Godfather: Not Dolby Vision 2025, but that’s exactly part of its charm.
🎬 Bottom line:
Our posters are:
- Carefully printed
- Made with premium materials
- Designed to last
- And respectful of cinema history
Not a tired VHS, not fake overhyped 4K, but an honest, cinematic result, as it should be.
🖼️ Are the frames high quality ?
Let’s start with the truth: 👉 of course not.
We love wasting time, money, and energy selling terrible frames.
…
Okay, obviously no 😄 If that were the case, we’d do what everyone else does: cheap, fragile frames and “good luck assembling it yourself.”
🎬 A true story
At first, we used wooden frames. On paper, they looked nice. In real life? Not so much.
👉 Once on the wall, they warped over time.
👉 And during shipping… they could literally break apart.
So we made a simple decision:
🛑 stop using wood
✅ switch to aluminum
🖼️ Why aluminum?
Because:
- It’s lightweight (no Final Destination moment for your wall)
- It doesn’t warp
- It doesn’t yellow
- It keeps its color for years
- And has an impressive lifespan
🎬 In short:
frames built to last longer than most movie trilogies.
🛠️ And most importantly… no IKEA-style assembly
When you order a framed poster from Popcorn Poster,
👉 it arrives already framed, ready to hang.
Not like:
- Some poster sellers
- Or an IKEA piece you assemble on a Sunday night with one screw left over
We do the work for you.
🎨 What we actually do (and yes, it takes time)
- We select the frame (black, chrome, white…)
- Carefully place the poster inside
- Make sure no dust or hair sneaks in
- Wrap everything in our protective sleeves
- Place it in strong packaging
- And off it goes 🚚🍿
✨ The finish
Our frames have:
- A slightly matte finish
- With just a touch of shine
Once on the wall or on a shelf, it makes a real difference in a home. Because a poster isn’t just decoration.
It’s:
- An atmosphere
- A soul
- Your personality on display
You’re not going to pick a generic, ugly frame everyone else has.
👉 Your home represents who you are.
And every day, when you walk past your poster, you’ll feel that little moment of satisfaction. You’ll see 😌
