🚚 Delivery issues (delay, lost or damaged package) If:

• Your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe
  
• Your package is lost
  
• Your poster arrives damaged

📅 Please note:
The carrier has a formal process and timeline to declare a package as lost, 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Before that, the package is officially still “in transit”.

⏳ Delivery delays & right to a refund

The right to a refund for delivery delays only applies if the delay is not caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the seller’s control (weather conditions, strikes, exceptional events, etc.).

According to European Directive 2011/83/EU:

• If no fixed delivery time is specified (only an estimate),
  
• The seller must deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe, typically up to 30 days from the order confirmation
  

If this timeframe is exceeded, the seller is granted an additional one-week period to complete the delivery.
