📏 Size Guide & Finishes
🎞️ Size Guide: Pick Your "Blockbuster" Format
Whether you’re decorating a cozy "indie movie" studio or an IMAX-sized living room, we’ve got the perfect aspect ratio for your walls.
⚪ A4 : 21 x 29.7 cm (8.3 x 11.7 in) The "Grogu" Format. Small, cute, but packs a serious Force. Perfect for building a "Wall of Fame" in tight spaces.
⚪ A3 : 29.7 x 42 cm (11.7 x 16.5 in) The "Multiverse" Format. Not too big, not too small. Perfectly balanced, as Thanos would say (but without snapping half your decor away).
⚪ A2 : 42 x 59.4 cm (16.5 x 23.4 in) The "Heisenberg" Format. Now we’re cooking. This size doesn't just sit there; it’s the one who knocks on your living room door.
⚪ A1 : 59.4 x 84.1 cm (23.4 x 33.1 in) The "King Kong" Format. The Final Boss. A poster so massive it could probably stop a White Walker invasion. Go Big or Go Home.
🖼️ Finishes & Frames
Choose your art Raw (Unframed) or Upgraded in our premium aluminum armor :
- Black Aluminum: The "Dark Knight" Style. Sleek, matte, and elegant. It’s the James Bond tuxedo for your poster. A timeless classic.
- Chrome Aluminum: The "Stark Tech" Style. Polished, shiny, and futuristic. For that high-end Cyberpunk gallery vibe.
📦 Shipping & Handling
We treat your posters with more respect than John Wick treats his dog. Guaranteed no "spoilers" (or creases) upon arrival !
- A4 & A3 (Unframed): These travel flat in heavy-duty reinforced armor. More bulletproof than the A-Team van.
- A2 & A1 (Unframed): Carefully rolled in protective tissue paper and tucked into extra-strong tubes. They arrive ready to be unrolled like a Red Carpet at Cannes.
- Framed Posters (All Sizes): Maximum protection. We use specialized shock-resistant boxes and reinforced corners. Even a Fast & Furious car chase wouldn't scratch them.
🤓 The "Fine Print" (Post-Credits Scene)
Before you hit "Play" on your order, here’s a little legal fan-fiction to keep things smooth :
⚪ Visual FX vs. Reality : Just like a CGI trailer, our photos are not contractual. Colors might vary slightly in print- think of it as a "Variant" in the Multiverse.
⚪ The "Popcorn" Incident : While our name is Popcorn Poster, the actual popcorn seen in the photos is just for show. It’s not included. If we shipped real popcorn, it would be as stale as a 20-year-old VHS tape by the time it reached you.
⚪ Lights, Camera... No Action : The lighting bar featured above our frames in the photos is for dramatic effect only. It’s not part of the package. You’ll have to bring your own "Stark Industries" tech to light up your walls!
⚪ The Fan Statement : We have no official affiliation with the brands, studios, or caped crusaders featured in our designs. We’re just enthusiasts -like Peter Parker with his camera - aiming to help culture flourish.
⚪ Copyright Protocol : If any brand or "Supreme Leader" prefers not to be highlighted in our gallery, please reach out to us at hello@popcornposter.com. We’ll remove it faster than a glitch in the Matrix.

As Solid as Captain Van Zanten's Confidence (240 g/m² Glossy Paper)
🎬 Why this Mayday (2003) Poster is the Real Deal 🤩
The Hype is Real: Mayday premiered on Discovery Channel Canada in 2003 and became a cultural phenomenon for one simple reason: it makes catastrophic aviation failures absolutely gripping. This Canadian docudrama series, produced by Cineflix, has captivated millions by reconstructing real disasters using cockpit voice recorders, air traffic control transcripts, eyewitness accounts, and expert analysis. The poster you're eyeing captures the essence of a show that transformed aviation disasters into compelling storytelling.
Why Critics and Collectors Are Obsessed: Each episode covers three separate incidents in meticulous detail-15 minutes dedicated to each disaster. The series covers everything from the Tenerife collision (the worst aviation disaster in history, involving two jumbo jets and 500+ lives) to the incredible survival stories like FedEx Flight 705, where a crew brutally assaulted by an attacker somehow managed to fly the DC-10 through impossible maneuvers and land it safely. These aren't sensationalized disasters; they're carefully researched investigations that have set the gold standard for aviation documentary television.
Collector's Appeal: Owning a Mayday (2003) poster signals that you're not interested in basic television memorabilia. You appreciate craftsmanship, real-world drama, and the kind of content that educates while terrifying you. The show has generated two decades of devoted fans-aviation enthusiasts, true crime addicts, documentary lovers, and anyone who appreciates masterfully executed storytelling. This poster is destined to become a future classic for collectors of prestige television.
Visual Legacy: The reconstructions in Mayday are legendary for their accuracy and dramatic impact. The poster represents a show that uses re-enactments and CGI to faithfully recreate events, making it visually stunning while remaining historically respectful. It's museum-quality subject matter for museum-quality poster paper. Future generations will recognize this as the moment you invested in a piece of television history.
The Bottom Line: This isn't nostalgia; it's foresight. You're acquiring a piece of the most respected aviation documentary series ever created-a show that has earned its place in the pantheon of essential television.
🍿 Why you need a Mayday (2003) poster on your wall 🤔
Proof of Refined Taste: This poster announces to every visitor that you appreciate sophisticated, challenging content. You're not someone who watches television casually. You're someone who watches real disasters unfold with meticulous investigation and dramatic reconstruction. Hanging this poster is the visual equivalent of saying 'I prefer my entertainment educational, terrifying, and based on actual cockpit voice recorders.'
Conversation Starter Supreme: Forget small talk about the weather. When guests ask about your Mayday poster, you get to explain why this Canadian docudrama series is the gold standard for aviation documentaries. You get to share facts about the Tenerife collision, the heroic efforts of Flight 232's crew, or the absolutely bonkers hijacking attempt of FedEx Flight 705. Your wall just became a masterclass in disaster investigation.
The Ultimate Flex: True crime enthusiasts have true crime posters. Aviation lovers have aviation calendars. But owning a Mayday poster? That's the intersection of both worlds-it proves you saw it first, understood its brilliance early, and had the excellent judgment to immortalize it on your wall. You're not following trends; you're setting them.
Investment in Atmosphere: This poster transforms any room into a space that says 'serious content lives here.' Whether it's your home office, bedroom, media room, or that corner where you contemplate existence, a Mayday poster elevates the entire vibe. It's the difference between 'nice room' and 'this person has actual culture.'
Documentary Immortality: Mayday has been running for over two decades because it delivers something rare in television: real stories, impeccable research, and genuine human drama. This poster captures that legacy. You're not just buying wall decoration; you're preserving a piece of television history that defined the documentary genre. Your future self will thank you.
📼 Stop Scrolling 🤚 Own the Mayday (2003) Collector's Print: Geeky Specs & Shipping
The Premium Experience: Your Mayday poster arrives on heavyweight 240 g/m² premium poster paper with museum-grade quality-the kind of material that'll survive longer than most friendships. This isn't flimsy stock that yellows by next season; this is archival paper that laughs at time. Every color is vibrant, every black is impossibly deep, and every detail of those disaster reconstructions pops with stunning clarity. You're not just buying a poster; you're acquiring a piece of Mayday (2003) history that'll look identical to this moment five years from now.
A4 & A3 Formats (The Flat Arrivals): Smaller formats arrive perfectly flat in reinforced protective packaging. No curls. No rolls. No 'why does my poster look like it flew through a thunderstorm?' moments. These ship completely protected, ready to frame immediately or hang straight up. Open the package like you're discovering treasure, because you are.
A2 & A1 Formats (The Premium Rolls): Larger sizes get the VIP treatment. They're carefully rolled in heavy-duty tubes designed by people who understand that aviation disasters are handled with respect-and so are premium posters. No creases. No damage. Maximum protection during transit. These arrive ready for professional framing or instant display depending on your wall's ambition level.
Instant Gratification: Every format arrives ready to be framed instantly. Choose your aluminum frame (obviously), pick your mounting style, and watch your wall transform into a gallery-quality showcase. Whether you're hanging A4 perfection above your desk or A1 drama across your entire media wall, this poster demands attention. It deserves better than a thumbtack-treat it like the collector's item it is. Your space is about to become exponentially cooler.
🎞️ Framing the Genius: Mayday (2003)'s Visual Legacy
Visual Language of Catastrophe: Mayday revolutionized how television reconstructs real-world disasters through intentional, sophisticated visual storytelling. The series employs a dual-narrative structure where dramatic re-enactments run parallel to expert testimony and archival investigation footage. This creates a visual language that's simultaneously accessible and deeply informative-you're watching disaster unfold while simultaneously understanding exactly why it unfolded. The cinematography treats each incident with respectful gravity, never exploiting tragedy for cheap drama. Every frame serves the investigation.
Color Theory & Atmosphere: The show's color palette shifts deliberately based on narrative tension. Reconstruction scenes employ muted, historically accurate colors from the era each disaster occurred-this grounds viewers in authenticity rather than cinematic fantasy. High-stakes moments intensify the color saturation, mimicking the perceptual narrowing that occurs during crisis situations. Expert interview segments use cooler tones, creating psychological distance that allows viewers to process information calmly. This isn't accidental; it's intentional color design that guides emotional engagement without manipulation.
Art Direction & Iconic Imagery: Every reconstructed cockpit is meticulously recreated from actual aircraft schematics and archival photography. The attention to detail extends to instrument panels, radio communications, weather radar displays-every visual element must be historically accurate to maintain investigative credibility. This commitment to authenticity creates iconic imagery: the tension of a failing engine, the confusion of disoriented pilots, the moment everything changes. These visual moments become embedded in aviation culture. The poster captures that visual integrity-it's not stylized drama, it's documented reality transformed into compelling visual narrative.
👀 Did You Know? 🤯 Fun facts about Mayday (2003)
The Series That Changed Documentary Standards: When Mayday premiered on Discovery Channel Canada on September 3, 2003, nobody expected it would become the gold standard for aviation documentaries. Produced by Cineflix Productions, the show introduced a format so effective that it basically created the modern aviation disaster documentary genre. Every series that followed borrowed elements from Mayday's blueprint-because Mayday got it right from episode one.
Three Disasters Per Episode, 15 Minutes Each: The format is deceptively simple but incredibly demanding: each episode covers three separate accidents, with exactly 15 minutes dedicated to each. This constraint forces incredible editorial precision. Writers must tell complete, complex disaster stories in exactly 15 minutes-establish the context, show the catastrophe, explain the cause. No filler. No padding. Just pure investigative narrative. Many producers consider this the most challenging format in documentary television.
The Tenerife Episode Still Holds Records: The two-plane collision at Tenerife killed 500+ people and remains the worst aviation disaster in history. When Mayday covered it, they discovered something haunting during reconstruction: KLM Captain Van Zanten was actually supposed to lead the investigation team into the crash that killed him. He was already en route to help investigate when he received the assignment that would position him as the pilot of one of the collision aircraft. The episode became legendary among aviation professionals for its unflinching examination of how tragedy impacts the entire community.
FedEx Flight 705: Absolutely Bonkers True Story: This episode documents the 1994 hijacking attempt where disgruntled employee Auburn Calloway attacked the crew with hammers and a speargun. Despite horrific injuries, the pilots somehow managed to subdue him through sheer willpower and then flew the damaged DC-10 in aerial maneuvers previously thought impossible-steep dives, near-vertical banking, even inverted flight. All while badly wounded. All while fighting for their lives. The episode remains one of the most talked-about disaster reconstructions ever filmed.
The 'What If' Episodes Changed Viewers' Lives: Some Mayday episodes deliberately show what-if scenarios-depicting how crashes could have been prevented with different decisions. Aviation professionals have cited these episodes as training tools. Pilots have reported that watching Mayday episodes made them reconsider safety protocols. The show didn't just document disasters; it potentially prevented future ones by showing how split-second decisions determine life and death.
Two Decades of Cultural Impact: From 2003 to present day, Mayday has maintained a reputation for accuracy, respect, and uncompromising investigation. It's inspired similar series worldwide, influenced how aviation accidents are explained to the public, and created a community of viewers who understand aviation disasters with genuine depth. This isn't just television; it's become part of aviation culture itself.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping times, tracking, returns… everything you need to know before confirming your order like Neo choosing the red pill.
📦 Where do you ship ?
We don’t ship to Hawkins, Tatooine, or Westeros, but good news: we ship worldwide, including all across Europe, the UK, the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and many other destinations.
🎬 Quick movie reference: In Cast Away, Tom Hanks survives on a deserted island thanks to a lost FedEx package.
Iconic scene… but definitely not the delivery experience we want for your Mayday (2003) poster 😅
👉 That’s exactly why we work with our trusted partner UPS® to make sure your package doesn’t end up lost in the middle of nowhere with only a volleyball for company.
📦 With UPS®, we offer:
- Standard or Express delivery
- Home delivery or UPS® Access Point (relay pickup)
💰 Shipping rates:
- €4.95 standard shipping
- Free shipping on orders over €50 with UPS® Access Point delivery

⚠️ Please make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number, they’re essential for real-time tracking updates and delivery notifications.
Bottom line: at Popcorn Poster, your package arrives safely at your door, not on a deserted beach with “HELP” written in the sand.
⏱️ How long does delivery take ?
Great question and don’t worry, the answer won’t last as long as Titanic.
📦 All orders leave our warehouses within 24 hours after being placed. No waiting around like Tom Hanks in The Terminal.
🚚 Two delivery options with our partner UPS®:
- Express delivery: 24–48 hours, depending on the destination country ( Faster than The Flash, no super suit required )
- Standard delivery: around 1-6 business days ( Perfect if you’re not in a rush like Frodo heading to Mordor )
📍 All shipments are fully tracked in real time.
⚠️ Make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number at checkout — they’re essential to receive UPS® tracking updates at every step of the journey.
🌧️ Real-world disclaimer : Occasional delays can happen due to weather conditions, high shipping volumes or unexpected events. No need to panic, we usually start investigating after 7 business days (excluding weekends).
🚀 Why UPS®?
Because it’s simply the fastest international carrier, with one of the best delivery services in the world. We’d rather invest in reliability than turn your delivery into a Mission: Impossible scenario.
💸 We cover a large part of the shipping costs, because our goal is simple: to offer you the best delivery service possible, wherever you are in the world, no compromises.
Bottom line: your poster arrives fast, fully tracked, and without any Indiana Jones level adventures.
📍 Can I track my order ?
Yes. And not just “kind of” 😌 As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS® tracking link.
📦 With UPS®, you can track your poster in real time, step by step, almost like Nick Fury monitoring his agents.
📲 For tracking to work perfectly, it’s very important to double-check all your details before placing your order:
- ✅ Complete and correct delivery address (This happens every day: missing house number, wrong country selected, incomplete street name…)
- ✅ Valid and accessible email address
- ✅ Correct phone number
🎬 Let’s be honest:
All we want is for your package with your awesome new poster to arrive as fast as possible, and in perfect condition.
A quick check now saves you from needing a Back to the Future-style time travel to fix a wrong address.
📧 One more important thing about email:
Please don’t use a throwaway or inaccessible email address. We won’t spam you (we’re not Skynet), but:
- UPS® pickup codes are sent by email
- Delivery notifications too
Without access to your inbox, there’s unfortunately nothing we can do, and your package may vanish forever, like a lost VHS tape from the 90s.
🎥 In short:
You know where your package is, when it arrives, and how to collect it, no need to play Sherlock Holmes or watch the street like Walter White behind the curtains.
🔄 What if I want to return my poster ?
We get it, even Citizen Kane didn’t please everyone.
🎨 Custom posters
Custom posters are non-returnable and non-refundable. They’re printed specifically for you, like a James Bond–tailored suit: once it’s made, it’s yours.
📦 Non-custom posters
For non-custom posters, please refer to our detailed return policy at the bottom of the page, under “Delivery Issues”. This section clearly explains return, refund, and resolution conditions.
🚚 Delivery issues (delay, lost or damaged package) If:
- Your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe
- Your package is lost
- Your poster arrives damaged
👉 contact us at hello@popcornposter.com. We’ll immediately work with the carrier (UPS®) to resolve the issue.
📅 Please note:
The carrier has a formal process and timeline to declare a package as lost, 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Before that, the package is officially still “in transit”.
⏳ Delivery delays & right to a refund
The right to a refund for delivery delays only applies if the delay is not caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the seller’s control (weather conditions, strikes, exceptional events, etc.).
According to European Directive 2011/83/EU:
- If no fixed delivery time is specified (only an estimate),
- The seller must deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe, typically up to 30 days from the order confirmation
If this timeframe is exceeded, the seller is granted an additional one-week period to complete the delivery.
🎬 In short:
We never leave customers without support, but we also believe in solving things calmly, without a failed-season-finale level of drama.
Orders & Payments
Orders, payments & behind-the-scenes details (The part people skip… but shouldn’t)
💳 What payment methods do you accept ?
We keep it simple and secure 🔒
We accept:
- Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
All payments are 100% secure. Even Bruce Wayne would approve this checkout.
✏️ Can I change or cancel my order ?
Yes… and we’ve even built in a little flexibility 😌
👉 After payment, you have a 30-minute window to contact us if you’d like to:
- Change the poster size
- Switch the frame color
- Upgrade from unframed to framed
Because sometimes you realize after checkout that the black frame would look way better and that’s totally fine.
⏱️ After this 30-minute window, your order enters production. At that point, changes are no longer possible, kind of like trying to rewrite a movie after the end credits.
🖼️ Good to know about delivery:
- Framed posters arrive fully framed, ready to hang
- Unframed posters are carefully protected in a plastic protective film
- A4 and A3 unframed posters are shipped flat, not rolled, to prevent any deformation and ensure a perfect finish right out of the package
Our goal is simple:
to make sure your poster arrives fast, well-protected, and exactly how you imagined it, no bad surprises.
🧾 Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice ?
Absolutely 😌
After placing your order, you’ll receive:
- An order confirmation email
- An invoice with all details
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (sometimes emails disappear like mail at Hogwarts).
Need a custom invoice? Just contact us.
💥 My order arrived damaged, what should I do ?
First: breathe 😌
Yes, it can happen. Even with the best carrier in the world, a delivery driver can have a bad day, be in a rush, or your package can go through a real adventure during transit.
👉 The good news:
Since working with UPS®, damaged packages are very rare.
Trust us… you don’t want to know how many emails we used to get with our previous carriers 😅
That problem is now solved thanks to:
- Stronger protection
- Better packaging
- Much more reliable delivery
But let’s be real :
Packages travel for several days. They can fall, be stacked, sometimes crushed… Honestly, we should put a GoPro inside a package to see what it goes through 🎥📦
🚚 When we hand packages over to UPS®, everything is perfect :
Paolo, our UPS® driver, comes by every day with a smile, packages leave well protected and damage-free. After that… they go on their journey.
👉 If you’re part of the 1% of cases where a package arrives damaged :
It’s not a big deal. it’s annoying (we agree), and trust me:
👉 if I ordered something and received it damaged, I’d be annoyed too.
Here’s what to do calmly 👇
- Take a photo of the package
- Take a photo of the poster
- Email us at hello@popcornposter.com
(with your order number, ex. #1001)
📩 Important - Customer support :
Our customer service is handled exclusively by email.
🙅♂️ Not via Instagram
🙅♂️ Not via TikTok
🙅♂️ And unfortunately… not by owls either ⚡🦉
Why ? Because email allows us to :
- Properly track your case
- Keep all information in one place
- Respond quickly and efficiently
📬 Marion checks emails every single day and replies to everyone.
If we have all the required info, within 24 hours, we’ll find a solution together, fast, and one that works for you.
🙏 Friendly advice :
- Please avoid ALL CAPS emails
- Avoid aggressive or entitled tones
Otherwise Marion gets angry… and I have to deal with her being angry all day 😡😅
Nobody wins.
If Marion solved your issue (and trust us, she really solves them all), please consider leaving a Trustpilot review mentioning her name: Marion isn’t ChatGPT, she reads every review, and she’ll absolutely love seeing her name mentioned with positive feedback 👀😇
🎬 Bottom line :
We ship dozens of packages every day, we do everything we can to make sure everything arrives perfectly, and when something goes wrong, we own it and fix it.
Simple, human, efficient. 🫶
❓ I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
First things first, something very important 👇 (No panic, this isn’t an episode of Lost.)
👉 Make sure you entered complete and accurate contact details when placing your order:
- Correct delivery address
- Valid email address
- Phone number
Without this information, even the best carrier in the world can’t work miracles.
📦 All orders are tracked via UPS®, and the tracking is (truly) extremely precise.
🎬 A quick look at your package’s journey:
- As soon as we create your shipping label and attach it to the package → Bam, email
- Every day around 12 PM, Paolo, our awesome UPS® driver, comes by to collect the parcels
- Before your package even enters his super truck, Paolo scans each parcel one by one → Bam, email
- When he drops your package at the UPS® logistics hub for proper routing → Quick scan, Bam email
👉 Result: you receive an email at every single movement of your package. Your poster is tracked more closely than a main character in a TV series.
🖨️ Important note for custom posters:
Custom posters may require up to 24 additional hours of processing, depending on demand. Why ?
Because this one isn’t in stock, we create it ourselves, specifically for you. Nothing to worry about, it may just take a little longer, and that’s completely normal.
⏳ Now, real-world shipping reality :
Delays can happen (weather conditions, logistics issues, unexpected events). It’s not common, but it happens.
👉 We only really start worrying after 7 business days (excluding weekends).
If that timeframe is exceeded, contact us and we’ll immediately open an investigation with UPS®.
🎬 Bottom line:
We never leave a customer without a solution, but we also avoid jumping to conclusions like a Netflix thriller after 10 minutes.
If you’re really worried about where your order might be hiding, send us an email at hello@popcornposter.com and Marion will take care of the investigation with Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Machine 🕵️♂️🚐🍿
About Our Products
This is where we answer all the questions your brain asks while staring at a poster thinking : “Okay… but is it really that cool in real life?” Spoiler: it is.
🍿 What kind of posters do you sell ?
At Popcorn Poster, we don’t do “a bit of home decor.” We do cinema. A lot of cinema. Probably too much cinema. 🎬🍿
More specifically, our catalog includes thousands of movie and TV series posters, in multiple languages, sourced from cinemas all around the world.
Yes ! we’re talking about one of the largest movie poster catalogs in the world. And no, we’re not just saying that for fun (okay… maybe a little).
You’ll find posters from:
- 🎥 cult movies you can quote by heart
- 🏛️ timeless classics you deeply respect
- 🚀 recent films that blew your mind
- 📺 iconic TV series you binge-watched “just one episode”… until sunrise
And most importantly : 👉 in multiple languages, because cinema has never spoken just one.
🎞️ Where do our posters come from?
Our posters can be:
- Original cinema posters, used in theaters around the world
- Or high-quality reprints, when the original isn’t available in the size you choose
Either way, we’re obsessive about quality, so the final result looks amazing on your wall, not just accurate on paper.
🎬 What if I can’t find the movie or series of my dreams?
That’s exactly why we created CHOOSE YOUR MOVIE 🕶️ If you can’t find what you’re looking for :
- Simply type the movie or TV show name
- Choose the size
- And we take care of the rest
👉 No endless searching
👉 No comparing random websites
👉 No DIY headaches
You choose.
We print.
You receive your poster.
🎥 In short:
Popcorn Poster means:
- A massive catalog
- Worldwide cinema
- Thousands of references
- And the certainty that even if you don’t see it right away…
👉 your movie exists here.
🖨️ Is the print quality actually that good ?
Let’s be honest right from the start :
👉 these are probably the worst posters of all time. Blurry, poorly printed, dull colors… Basically, the kind of quality you’d expect from a movie filmed on a phone in the back row of a cinema in 2004.
…
Okay, obviously not 😄 If that were true, we’d be selling bootleg DVDs in a parking lot.
🎬 Let’s get serious (but not too serious)
Our posters are designed to last, not just look good in an Instagram story.
🖨️ For reprinted posters (when the original isn’t available in your chosen size) :
- We use eco-friendly, long-lasting, high-quality inks
- Resistant to time and light
- To avoid the “yellowing poster after a few months” effect
📄 The paper:
- 240g museum-grade paper
- Thick, premium feel
- Elegant matte finish
Definitely not thin paper that wrinkles if you breathe near it.
🖼️ The frames:
- Made of aluminum
- Lightweight once on the wall
- Won’t warp
- Won’t lose color over time
- Impressive lifespan
The kind of frame you hang, forget about, and still looks perfect years later.
🎞️ One important (and honest) thing to know
As you might expect :
👉 The older the movie, the more the print quality depends on the original source.
A movie poster from the 1970s:
- Won’t always look ultra-sharp 4K
- And that’s completely normal
It’s like watching The Godfather: Not Dolby Vision 2025, but that’s exactly part of its charm.
🎬 Bottom line:
Our posters are:
- Carefully printed
- Made with premium materials
- Designed to last
- And respectful of cinema history
Not a tired VHS, not fake overhyped 4K, but an honest, cinematic result, as it should be.
🖼️ Are the frames high quality ?
Let’s start with the truth: 👉 of course not.
We love wasting time, money, and energy selling terrible frames.
…
Okay, obviously no 😄 If that were the case, we’d do what everyone else does: cheap, fragile frames and “good luck assembling it yourself.”
🎬 A true story
At first, we used wooden frames. On paper, they looked nice. In real life? Not so much.
👉 Once on the wall, they warped over time.
👉 And during shipping… they could literally break apart.
So we made a simple decision:
🛑 stop using wood
✅ switch to aluminum
🖼️ Why aluminum?
Because:
- It’s lightweight (no Final Destination moment for your wall)
- It doesn’t warp
- It doesn’t yellow
- It keeps its color for years
- And has an impressive lifespan
🎬 In short:
frames built to last longer than most movie trilogies.
🛠️ And most importantly… no IKEA-style assembly
When you order a framed poster from Popcorn Poster,
👉 it arrives already framed, ready to hang.
Not like:
- Some poster sellers
- Or an IKEA piece you assemble on a Sunday night with one screw left over
We do the work for you.
🎨 What we actually do (and yes, it takes time)
- We select the frame (black, chrome, white…)
- Carefully place the poster inside
- Make sure no dust or hair sneaks in
- Wrap everything in our protective sleeves
- Place it in strong packaging
- And off it goes 🚚🍿
✨ The finish
Our frames have:
- A slightly matte finish
- With just a touch of shine
Once on the wall or on a shelf, it makes a real difference in a home. Because a poster isn’t just decoration.
It’s:
- An atmosphere
- A soul
- Your personality on display
You’re not going to pick a generic, ugly frame everyone else has.
👉 Your home represents who you are.
And every day, when you walk past your poster, you’ll feel that little moment of satisfaction. You’ll see 😌
