Wood Frames? More Like Pennywise's Splintery Teeth

Wood frames? Please, those warped relics warp faster than Richie's voices and yellow like Henry's teeth. They sag, splinter, and smell like Derry's rainy rot, trapping your poster in clown-caravan trash. Enter sleek aluminium: lightweight champ that won't buckle under Pennywise's glare. No wood-grain lies here; it's premium, rust-proof shine that hugs your poster like the Losers hug their blood oath. Snap it on in seconds, magnetic hold tighter than It’s fear grip. Ditch the tree-murder mockery for this space-age savior. Your It poster deserves aluminium swagger, not wooden coffin vibes. Frame like a boss, or let wood frames float you into regret.

Bev's Backbone in Paper Form: Unbreakable 240 g/m² Gloss

Forget flimsy drugstore dreck that curls like Eddie's asthma attacks. This beast is printed on 240 g/m² glossy paper, thick as Bev's zero-BS attitude toward Pennywise's creepy whispers. It's museum-grade shine with colors that pop harder than Richie's trash-talk, blacks deeper than the Barrens sewer slime. Vibrant reds make those balloons bleed terror, and the gloss? Mirror-like for that 'I'm watching you sleep' vibe. Tear-proof, fade-resistant, it laughs at wall humidity like Bill laughs off guilt. Size it up in A1 glory and your walls gain superpowers. This ain't paper; it's Pennywise's evil twin, ready to haunt your living room forever. Own the gloss that outshines the Losers' clubhouse candlelight.

🎬 Why this It (2017) Poster is the Real Deal ? 🤩

Step into Derry's storm drains with this It (2017) poster, the hype machine that turned Stephen King's clown nightmare into box-office gold. Bill Skarsgård's Pennywise didn't just scare; he redefined horror clownery, snagging rave reviews for that lisping leer and balloon-twirling terror. Critics called it a 'masterclass in dread,' grossing over $700 million worldwide because who wasn't chanting 'We all float down here'? This poster's iconic imagery nails the film's visual punch: those fever-dream sewers, the Losers' ragtag rebellion, and Pennywise's razor grin popping like fresh fear.

Why a future classic? It (2017) revived King's epic for millennials, blending 80s nostalgia with jump-scares that stick. Jaeden Martell's stuttering Bill? Heart-wrenching. Sophia Lillis's fierce Bev? Iconic. The whole Losers Club turned puberty pains into monster-mashing glory, earning 85% on Rotten Tomatoes for nailing the book's kid-horror soul. No wonder it's the blueprint for every creepy clown flick since. Hang this poster and you're not just decorating; you're claiming a slice of cinema history that outgrossed Jurassic World that weekend.

Visuals? Director Andy Muschietti drenched Derry in perpetual rain, symbolizing buried trauma with gray skies cracking into blood-red balloons. Color theory slays: cool blues for kid innocence clashing with Pennywise's hot orange hair and yellowed teeth, pure predatory pop. Art direction? Abandoned houses like Neibolt Street ooze decay, every shadow hiding It’s shapeshifting maw. This poster distills that mastery into wall-ready perfection, vibrant inks capturing the glossy terror that had audiences screaming in unison.

Reviews gush over its emotional gut-punch: 'The scariest thing is how much you'll care about these kids' (Empire). Buzz built pre-release with Skarsgård's viral trailers, exploding into cultural phenomenon. Float into fandom with this print; it's the collector's must-have before Chapter Two nostalgia peaks. Your walls need this evil essence, proving you're no Loser but a Derry survivor. Hype eternal, fear forever.

🍿 Why you need a It (2017) poster on your wall ? 🤔

This It (2017) poster proves you saw it first, back when Pennywise was fresh nightmare fodder and not every TikToker's filter. Slap it up and scream 'I survived Derry!' louder than Eddie yelling about germs. It's not decor; it's a badge of honor for braving those theater screams, the ones where 'You'll float too' echoed in your skull for weeks.

Picture it: Pennywise's leer dominating your space, balloons bobbing eternally, Losers lurking ready to bat-swing fate. This proves you're no normie scrolling Netflix; you dove into the sewers with Bill, dodged Henry's switchblade, and stared down the clown when Bev said 'I'm not afraid.' Walls without it? Boring adult wastelands, floating aimlessly like Georgie's paper boat.

Hang this and instant cred: friends gawk, geeks geek out, dates whisper 'You're twisted... hot.' It's persuasive proof you get horror's heart: kids conquering cosmic evil with rocks and oaths. Future classic vibes mean resale gold, but why sell? Live the legacy daily, remind yourself fear's just a shape-shifter you can punch. This poster whispers 'We all float... up your cool factor.' Snag it before Pennywise floats away your chance. Your wall's missing its monster; fill the void with It.

📼 Stop Scrolling 🤚 Own the It (2017) Collector’s Print: Geeky Specs & Shipping

Ditch the scroll coma and grab this heavyweight 240 g/m² premium poster paper, museum high quality that laughs at lesser prints. We're talking vibrant colors exploding like Pennywise's balloon barrage and deep blacks darker than Derry's storm drains. You're not just buying a poster; you're acquiring a piece of It (2017) history, thick enough to bat away bullies like Richie with a plank.

Specs scream collector catnip: 240 g/m² gloss beast shrugs off fingerprints like Eddie shrugs inhalers, with razor-sharp detail capturing Skarsgård's drool-fest grin. Colors calibrated for horror pop: arterial reds, sickly yellows, all fade-proof for eternal haunt. Museum-grade means galleries weep; your pad becomes Neibolt Street chic.

Shipping? Locked tighter than the Losers' blood pact. A4 and A3 formats arrive perfectly flat in reinforced protective packaging (no curls, no rolls, no Pennywise pranks). Larger A2 and A1 formats carefully rolled in heavy-duty tubes ensure maximum protection during transit, arriving mint like Georgie's boat pre-chomp. All formats ready to be framed instantly, no fumbling like Bill's stutter. Tracked, insured, faster than It shapeshifts. From order to wall-domination in days, because real fans don't wait for the deadlights. Specs this geeky, shipping this savage: own the print that outlives your fears.

🎞️ Framing the Genius: It (2017)’s Visual Legacy

It (2017)'s visual language is a masterstroke of dread-soaked artistry, turning Stephen King's sprawl into a cinematic fever dream. Director Andy Muschietti wields color theory like Pennywise's teeth: perpetual gray rains drench Derry in melancholic blues, symbolizing repressed kid trauma, then BAM, hyper-saturated reds explode from balloons and blood, signaling It's predatory hunger. Cool tones cloak innocence; hot oranges crown Pennywise's pompadour, a clownish flare gun of doom.

Art direction elevates every frame to iconic nightmare fuel. The Barrens? Fetid greens and browns ooze toxicity, mirroring societal rot. Neibolt Street's derelict house? Peeling wallpapers and jagged shadows birth claustrophobic hell, every crack a portal to fear. Iconic imagery reigns: Georgie's yellow boat slicing black waters, a minimalist harbinger; the Losers' rock war ritual under hazy sun, blending playground whimsy with occult vow.

Cinematography by Chung-hoon Chung crafts dynamic terror: wide shots dwarf kids against stormy skies, emphasizing isolation, then invasive close-ups on Pennywise's eyes dilate pure panic. Practical effects ground the supernatural: that arm-grab sewer lunge feels visceral, not CGI slop. It's a visual symphony where lighting plays fear's conductor, harsh fluorescents in the pharmacy flickering like Eddie's doubts, fire-lit clubhouse bonding the gang in warm amber defiance.

This legacy? A blueprint for modern horror visuals, proving less can terrify more. Frame this poster to eternalize the style that made clowns scary again.

👀 Did You Know ? 🤯 Fun facts about It (2017)
  • Bill Skarsgård channeled his inner demon by studying possessed kids' footage, perfecting Pennywise's lisp that had child actors legit terrified. One kid bolted off-set mid-take, screaming for real.
  • The iconic 'We all float down here' line? Improv gold from Skarsgård, riffing on King's book while director Muschietti yelled 'More!' from behind the sewer grate.
  • Jaeden Martell (Bill) stuttered on command after weeks of therapy sessions to nail the authentic speech impediment, turning personal pain into Oscar-buzz pathos.
  • Filming the Neibolt house explosion used 200+ pyrotechnics; the crew dodged real flying debris hotter than Henry's rage.
  • Sophia Lillis (Bev) shaved her head for the sewer scene, rocking a bald cap that fooled everyone until wrap party reveals.
  • Finn Wolfhard (Richie) ad-libbed half his trash-talk, including voices so spot-on, they kept 90% in the final cut. Kid's a comedy demon.
  • The red balloon? Practical effect with helium and fishing line, popping on cue 50 times before Skarsgård cracked 'Float me out of here.'
  • Muschietti cast his sister for the witchy painting that spooks the Losers, family cameo adding meta-creep.
  • Production shut down a Cincinnati suburb to recreate 80s Derry, locals griping about 'clown traffic' blocking their lawns.
  • Post-release buzz: Skarsgård's Pennywise inspired global clown sightings, boosting security at actual circuses. Horror win!

FAQ's

Before you panic… welcome to our FAQ 👋 (Yes, we see you, Sherlock) Before going full John Wick on your keyboard, we’ve gathered the answers to the most common questions right here. Grab some Popcorn, your answer is probably just below 👇

Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, tracking, returns… everything you need to know before confirming your order like Neo choosing the red pill.

📦 Where do you ship ?

We don’t ship to Hawkins, Tatooine, or Westeros, but good news: we ship worldwide, including all across Europe, the UK, the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and many other destinations.

🎬 Quick movie reference: In Cast Away, Tom Hanks survives on a deserted island thanks to a lost FedEx package.

Iconic scene… but definitely not the delivery experience we want for your It (2017) poster 😅

👉 That’s exactly why we work with our trusted partner UPS® to make sure your package doesn’t end up lost in the middle of nowhere with only a volleyball for company.

📦 With UPS®, we offer:

  • Standard or Express delivery
  • Home delivery or UPS® Access Point (relay pickup)

💰 Shipping rates:

  • €4.95 standard shipping
  • Free shipping on orders over €50 with UPS® Access Point delivery

📍 The UPS® pickup point selection is made after payment.

⚠️ Please make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number, they’re essential for real-time tracking updates and delivery notifications.

Bottom line: at Popcorn Poster, your package arrives safely at your door, not on a deserted beach with “HELP” written in the sand.

⏱️ How long does delivery take ?

Great question and don’t worry, the answer won’t last as long as Titanic.

📦 All orders leave our warehouses within 24 hours after being placed. No waiting around like Tom Hanks in The Terminal.

🚚 Two delivery options with our partner UPS®:

  • Express delivery: 24–48 hours, depending on the destination country ( Faster than The Flash, no super suit required )
  • Standard delivery: around 1-6 business days ( Perfect if you’re not in a rush like Frodo heading to Mordor )

📍 All shipments are fully tracked in real time.
⚠️ Make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number at checkout — they’re essential to receive UPS® tracking updates at every step of the journey.

🌧️ Real-world disclaimer : Occasional delays can happen due to weather conditions, high shipping volumes or unexpected events. No need to panic, we usually start investigating after 7 business days (excluding weekends).

🚀 Why UPS®?
Because it’s simply the fastest international carrier, with one of the best delivery services in the world. We’d rather invest in reliability than turn your delivery into a Mission: Impossible scenario.

💸 We cover a large part of the shipping costs, because our goal is simple: to offer you the best delivery service possible, wherever you are in the world, no compromises.

Bottom line: your poster arrives fast, fully tracked, and without any Indiana Jones level adventures.

📍 Can I track my order ?

Yes. And not just “kind of” 😌 As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS® tracking link.

📦 With UPS®, you can track your poster in real time, step by step, almost like Nick Fury monitoring his agents.

📲 For tracking to work perfectly, it’s very important to double-check all your details before placing your order:

  • Complete and correct delivery address (This happens every day: missing house number, wrong country selected, incomplete street name…)
  • Valid and accessible email address
  • Correct phone number

🎬 Let’s be honest:
All we want is for your package with your awesome new poster to arrive as fast as possible, and in perfect condition.

A quick check now saves you from needing a Back to the Future-style time travel to fix a wrong address.

📧 One more important thing about email:
Please don’t use a throwaway or inaccessible email address. We won’t spam you (we’re not Skynet), but:

  • UPS® pickup codes are sent by email
  • Delivery notifications too

Without access to your inbox, there’s unfortunately nothing we can do, and your package may vanish forever, like a lost VHS tape from the 90s.

🎥 In short:
You know where your package is, when it arrives, and how to collect it, no need to play Sherlock Holmes or watch the street like Walter White behind the curtains.

🔄 What if I want to return my poster ?

We get it, even Citizen Kane didn’t please everyone.

🎨 Custom posters

Custom posters are non-returnable and non-refundable. They’re printed specifically for you, like a James Bond–tailored suit: once it’s made, it’s yours.

📦 Non-custom posters

For non-custom posters, please refer to our detailed return policy at the bottom of the page, under “Delivery Issues”. This section clearly explains return, refund, and resolution conditions.

🚚 Delivery issues (delay, lost or damaged package) If:

  • Your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe
  • Your package is lost
  • Your poster arrives damaged

👉 contact us at hello@popcornposter.com. We’ll immediately work with the carrier (UPS®) to resolve the issue.

📅 Please note:
The carrier has a formal process and timeline to declare a package as lost, 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Before that, the package is officially still “in transit”.

⏳ Delivery delays & right to a refund

The right to a refund for delivery delays only applies if the delay is not caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the seller’s control (weather conditions, strikes, exceptional events, etc.).

According to European Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • If no fixed delivery time is specified (only an estimate),
  • The seller must deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe, typically up to 30 days from the order confirmation

If this timeframe is exceeded, the seller is granted an additional one-week period to complete the delivery.

🎬 In short:
We never leave customers without support, but we also believe in solving things calmly, without a failed-season-finale level of drama.

Orders & Payments

Orders, payments & behind-the-scenes details (The part people skip… but shouldn’t)

💳 What payment methods do you accept ?

We keep it simple and secure 🔒

We accept:

  • Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are 100% secure. Even Bruce Wayne would approve this checkout.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order ?

Yes… and we’ve even built in a little flexibility 😌

👉 After payment, you have a 30-minute window to contact us if you’d like to:

  • Change the poster size
  • Switch the frame color
  • Upgrade from unframed to framed

Because sometimes you realize after checkout that the black frame would look way better and that’s totally fine.

⏱️ After this 30-minute window, your order enters production. At that point, changes are no longer possible, kind of like trying to rewrite a movie after the end credits.

🖼️ Good to know about delivery:

  • Framed posters arrive fully framed, ready to hang
  • Unframed posters are carefully protected in a plastic protective film
  • A4 and A3 unframed posters are shipped flat, not rolled, to prevent any deformation and ensure a perfect finish right out of the package

Our goal is simple:

to make sure your poster arrives fast, well-protected, and exactly how you imagined it, no bad surprises.

🧾 Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice ?

Absolutely 😌

After placing your order, you’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • An invoice with all details

If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (sometimes emails disappear like mail at Hogwarts).

Need a custom invoice? Just contact us.

💥 My order arrived damaged, what should I do ?

First: breathe 😌
Yes, it can happen. Even with the best carrier in the world, a delivery driver can have a bad day, be in a rush, or your package can go through a real adventure during transit.

👉 The good news:
Since working with UPS®, damaged packages are very rare.
Trust us… you don’t want to know how many emails we used to get with our previous carriers 😅

That problem is now solved thanks to:

  • Stronger protection
  • Better packaging
  • Much more reliable delivery

But let’s be real :
Packages travel for several days. They can fall, be stacked, sometimes crushed… Honestly, we should put a GoPro inside a package to see what it goes through 🎥📦

🚚 When we hand packages over to UPS®, everything is perfect :

Paolo, our UPS® driver, comes by every day with a smile, packages leave well protected and damage-free. After that… they go on their journey.

👉 If you’re part of the 1% of cases where a package arrives damaged :

It’s not a big deal. it’s annoying (we agree), and trust me:

👉 if I ordered something and received it damaged, I’d be annoyed too.

Here’s what to do calmly 👇

  1. Take a photo of the package
  2. Take a photo of the poster
  3. Email us at hello@popcornposter.com

(with your order number, ex. #1001)

📩 Important - Customer support :
Our customer service is handled exclusively by email.

🙅‍♂️ Not via Instagram

🙅‍♂️ Not via TikTok

🙅‍♂️ And unfortunately… not by owls either ⚡🦉

Why ? Because email allows us to :

  • Properly track your case
  • Keep all information in one place
  • Respond quickly and efficiently

📬 Marion checks emails every single day and replies to everyone.

If we have all the required info, within 24 hours, we’ll find a solution together, fast, and one that works for you.

🙏 Friendly advice :

  • Please avoid ALL CAPS emails
  • Avoid aggressive or entitled tones

Otherwise Marion gets angry… and I have to deal with her being angry all day 😡😅

Nobody wins.

If Marion solved your issue (and trust us, she really solves them all), please consider leaving a Trustpilot review mentioning her name: Marion isn’t ChatGPT, she reads every review, and she’ll absolutely love seeing her name mentioned with positive feedback 👀😇

🎬 Bottom line :

We ship dozens of packages every day, we do everything we can to make sure everything arrives perfectly, and when something goes wrong, we own it and fix it.

Simple, human, efficient. 🫶

❓ I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

First things first, something very important 👇 (No panic, this isn’t an episode of Lost.)

👉 Make sure you entered complete and accurate contact details when placing your order:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Valid email address
  • Phone number

Without this information, even the best carrier in the world can’t work miracles.

📦 All orders are tracked via UPS®, and the tracking is (truly) extremely precise.

🎬 A quick look at your package’s journey:

  • As soon as we create your shipping label and attach it to the package → Bam, email
  • Every day around 12 PM, Paolo, our awesome UPS® driver, comes by to collect the parcels
  • Before your package even enters his super truck, Paolo scans each parcel one by oneBam, email
  • When he drops your package at the UPS® logistics hub for proper routing → Quick scan, Bam email

👉 Result: you receive an email at every single movement of your package. Your poster is tracked more closely than a main character in a TV series.

🖨️ Important note for custom posters:

Custom posters may require up to 24 additional hours of processing, depending on demand. Why ?

Because this one isn’t in stock, we create it ourselves, specifically for you. Nothing to worry about, it may just take a little longer, and that’s completely normal.

Now, real-world shipping reality :

Delays can happen (weather conditions, logistics issues, unexpected events). It’s not common, but it happens.

👉 We only really start worrying after 7 business days (excluding weekends).

If that timeframe is exceeded, contact us and we’ll immediately open an investigation with UPS®.

🎬 Bottom line:
We never leave a customer without a solution, but we also avoid jumping to conclusions like a Netflix thriller after 10 minutes.

If you’re really worried about where your order might be hiding, send us an email at hello@popcornposter.com and Marion will take care of the investigation with Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Machine 🕵️‍♂️🚐🍿

About Our Products

This is where we answer all the questions your brain asks while staring at a poster thinking : “Okay… but is it really that cool in real life?” Spoiler: it is.

🍿 What kind of posters do you sell ?

At Popcorn Poster, we don’t do “a bit of home decor.” We do cinema. A lot of cinema. Probably too much cinema. 🎬🍿

More specifically, our catalog includes thousands of movie and TV series posters, in multiple languages, sourced from cinemas all around the world.

Yes ! we’re talking about one of the largest movie poster catalogs in the world. And no, we’re not just saying that for fun (okay… maybe a little).

You’ll find posters from:

  • 🎥 cult movies you can quote by heart
  • 🏛️ timeless classics you deeply respect
  • 🚀 recent films that blew your mind
  • 📺 iconic TV series you binge-watched “just one episode”… until sunrise

And most importantly : 👉 in multiple languages, because cinema has never spoken just one.

🎞️ Where do our posters come from?

Our posters can be:

  • Original cinema posters, used in theaters around the world
  • Or high-quality reprints, when the original isn’t available in the size you choose

Either way, we’re obsessive about quality, so the final result looks amazing on your wall, not just accurate on paper.

🎬 What if I can’t find the movie or series of my dreams?

That’s exactly why we created CHOOSE YOUR MOVIE 🕶️ If you can’t find what you’re looking for :

  1. Simply type the movie or TV show name
  2. Choose the size
  3. And we take care of the rest

👉 No endless searching

👉 No comparing random websites

👉 No DIY headaches

You choose.

We print.

You receive your poster.

🎥 In short:

Popcorn Poster means:

  • A massive catalog
  • Worldwide cinema
  • Thousands of references
  • And the certainty that even if you don’t see it right away…

    👉 your movie exists here.
🖨️ Is the print quality actually that good ?

Let’s be honest right from the start :

👉 these are probably the worst posters of all time. Blurry, poorly printed, dull colors… Basically, the kind of quality you’d expect from a movie filmed on a phone in the back row of a cinema in 2004.

Okay, obviously not 😄 If that were true, we’d be selling bootleg DVDs in a parking lot.

🎬 Let’s get serious (but not too serious)

Our posters are designed to last, not just look good in an Instagram story.

🖨️ For reprinted posters (when the original isn’t available in your chosen size) :

  • We use eco-friendly, long-lasting, high-quality inks
  • Resistant to time and light
  • To avoid the “yellowing poster after a few months” effect

📄 The paper:

  • 240g museum-grade paper
  • Thick, premium feel
  • Elegant matte finish

Definitely not thin paper that wrinkles if you breathe near it.

🖼️ The frames:

  • Made of aluminum
  • Lightweight once on the wall
  • Won’t warp
  • Won’t lose color over time
  • Impressive lifespan

The kind of frame you hang, forget about, and still looks perfect years later.

🎞️ One important (and honest) thing to know

As you might expect :

👉 The older the movie, the more the print quality depends on the original source.

A movie poster from the 1970s:

  • Won’t always look ultra-sharp 4K
  • And that’s completely normal

It’s like watching The Godfather: Not Dolby Vision 2025, but that’s exactly part of its charm.

🎬 Bottom line:

Our posters are:

  • Carefully printed
  • Made with premium materials
  • Designed to last
  • And respectful of cinema history

Not a tired VHS, not fake overhyped 4K, but an honest, cinematic result, as it should be.

🖼️ Are the frames high quality ?

Let’s start with the truth: 👉 of course not.
We love wasting time, money, and energy selling terrible frames.

Okay, obviously no 😄 If that were the case, we’d do what everyone else does: cheap, fragile frames and “good luck assembling it yourself.”

🎬 A true story

At first, we used wooden frames. On paper, they looked nice. In real life? Not so much.

👉 Once on the wall, they warped over time.

👉 And during shipping… they could literally break apart.

So we made a simple decision:

🛑 stop using wood

✅ switch to aluminum

🖼️ Why aluminum?

Because:

  • It’s lightweight (no Final Destination moment for your wall)
  • It doesn’t warp
  • It doesn’t yellow
  • It keeps its color for years
  • And has an impressive lifespan

🎬 In short:

frames built to last longer than most movie trilogies.

🛠️ And most importantly… no IKEA-style assembly

When you order a framed poster from Popcorn Poster,

👉 it arrives already framed, ready to hang.

Not like:

  • Some poster sellers
  • Or an IKEA piece you assemble on a Sunday night with one screw left over

We do the work for you.

🎨 What we actually do (and yes, it takes time)

  • We select the frame (black, chrome, white…)
  • Carefully place the poster inside
  • Make sure no dust or hair sneaks in
  • Wrap everything in our protective sleeves
  • Place it in strong packaging
  • And off it goes 🚚🍿

✨ The finish

Our frames have:

  • A slightly matte finish
  • With just a touch of shine

Once on the wall or on a shelf, it makes a real difference in a home. Because a poster isn’t just decoration.

It’s:

  • An atmosphere
  • A soul
  • Your personality on display

You’re not going to pick a generic, ugly frame everyone else has.

👉 Your home represents who you are.

And every day, when you walk past your poster, you’ll feel that little moment of satisfaction. You’ll see 😌
