About this Random Encounter (1998) Poster

This poster captures Elizabeth Berkley as Alicia Brayman mid-freakout, knife-wielding psycho in the background, and that sleazy stranger smirking like he planned it all. It's the perfect freeze-frame of '90s thriller cheese: big hair, bigger lies, and zero chill. Why does this image rule? Because it screams 'I picked the wrong bar guy!' Wood Frames Suck: Aluminium's the Real Sleazeball Savior

Wood frames? Please. Those splintery, warp-in-humidity hipster traps belong in the same dumpster as Kyle Jones' conscience. They yellow like Alicia's career prospects, sag under weight, and scream 'I tried Etsy once.' Enter aluminium: sleek, featherlight badass that hugs your poster like a non-murderous lover. No rust, no bow, just pure, bend-proof glory that makes wood look like the jealous ex who shows up with a knife. Custom-fit, razor-sharp edges, and hangs flush without drilling your soul. Why settle for tree corpse when aluminium turns your Random Encounter print into a gallery thug? It's the frame upgrade Alicia never got: strong, shiny, and zero drama. Ditch the wood wimps now!

Alicia's Glossy Finish: Tougher Than Her Bad Decisions

Picture this: 240 g/m² glossy paper so thick and shiny, it laughs at fingerprints and coffee spills like Alicia laughs at red flags before shacking up with Kyle Jones. This ain't your grandma's tissue-thin drugstore rag; it's premium beast-mode stock that pops colors like Berkley's wild eyes pop when the knife lady crashes the party. Vibrant reds of bloodstains? Check. Deep blacks hiding conman shadows? Double check. Fold it, and it bounces back smirking, just like Alicia after framing herself for murder. Cut to size? Snaps clean without crumbling. Your walls deserve this heavyweight champ that survives bar fights, bad dates, and endless rewatches. Elizabeth Berkley levels of durable drama, baby!

🎬 Why this Random Encounter (1998) Poster is the Real Deal ? 🤩

Listen up, cult flick fiends: Random Encounter (1998) isn't just some dusty VHS relic; it's the trashy thriller gem you've been sleeping on, starring Elizabeth Berkley channeling her inner Showgirls survivor into PR exec Alicia Brayman. She picks up mystery meat Kyle Jones at a party, stabs a psycho intruder in self-defense, and boom: framed for murder in a blackmail blizzard. Douglas Jackson directs this 89-minute whirlwind of bad choices and worse lighting, and now Popcorn Poster's high-quality poster immortalizes the chaos.

Hype? Underground explosion. Rotten Tomatoes audience scores hover at 3-3.5 stars from fans who dig the so-bad-it's-good vibe: 'Good thriller if you get past Berkley as a 27-year-old CEO with high school trophies,' one quips. Another nails it: 'Career fast track derailed by not-so-random encounter.' Critics? Dennis Schwartz gave it a C, annoyed but hooked. TV Guide trashed the performances as 'appalling,' but that's code for future camp classic. Picture it: Berkley's fierce loyalty to her mentor Blake Preston, detective Ed Royko sniffing around, and conman J.H. Wyman's Kyle pulling strings like a puppet master on bath salts.

Why a future classic? It's peak '90s direct-to-video sleaze: ambitious babe meets handsome devil, cue knife fights and extortion. No CGI crutches, just raw, unpolished tension where every shadow hides a lie. Reviews rave about the setup's coordination assuming 'a lot,' meaning plot holes you forgive because Berkley's bad decisions are hilariously human. 'Hard not to think of Showgirls,' admits one viewer, and that's the hook. This poster's your ticket to owning the hype before streaming overlords rediscover it.

Visuals slap: moody cocktail party glow fading to gritty apartment stab-fests. Color palette? Sultry blues for seduction, crimson pops for bloodshed. Iconic imagery of Berkley wide-eyed, clutching that knife, Kyle's smug grin promising trouble. It's not Oscar bait; it's popcorn poison you crave. Critics called it threadbare, but fans see cult gold. In 2026, with nostalgia cycles spinning wild, Random Encounter's poised for TikTok breakdowns and Reddit deep dives. Snag this poster, flex your foresight. It's not decor; it's bragging rights for spotting the sleeper hit. Reviews confirm: deception never looked so delicious. Your wall needs this web of deceit right now. Future classic? Bet your Berkley bob on it.

From party pickup to murder maze, every frame's a meme waiting to happen. Aluminium-ready, glossy glory awaits. Don't sleep; this poster's the real random encounter your collection demands.

🍿 Why you need a Random Encounter (1998) poster on your wall ? 🤔

Yo, wall warriors: This Random Encounter (1998) poster isn't just ink on paper; it's proof you saw the sleaziest '90s thriller before the normies catch wind. Elizabeth Berkley as Alicia Brayman? She's the PR hotshot who trades cocktail schmoozes for knife-wielding nightmares after bedding conman Kyle Jones. Framed for murder, drowning in deceit, and you're like, 'Been there, dodged that.'

Hang this bad boy and flex: 'I owned the chaos when Alicia stabbed first and asked questions never.' Critics whined about 'appalling performances,' but that's cult speak for legendary. Audience loves the trainwreck: 3.5 stars for 'good thriller past the high school trophies in her office.' Your pad screams tastemaker when guests spot Berkley's wild stare, that shadowy knife lady, and Kyle's predator pout. It's not decor; it's a conversation bomb.

Persuasion punch: This poster proves you saw it first. Before Reddit resurrects it as 'underrated gem,' before TikTok speedruns the plot holes, your wall declares victory. Glossy 240 g/m² stock makes colors bleed drama: ruby reds of self-defense stabs, inky blacks hiding extortion. Frames it perfect in aluminium (ditch wood trash). Geek cred skyrockets; dates think you're deep (or dangerously fun). Lone wolf? It stares down boring blanks like Alicia stares down lies.

Why need it? Life's too short for bland walls. This print's your shield against vanilla: every glance relives the party pickup gone postal, the mentor betrayal, detective grillings. Barry Flatman's Blake Preston oozes sleaze; Frank Schorpion's Ed Royko snarks justice. Pure '90s vibe: no filters, all fever dream. Buy now, because tomorrow, everyone's claiming they knew. This poster? Your 'I called it' trophy. Snag it, frame it, own the obscure glory. Your walls will thank you with thriller chills forever.

📼 Stop Scrolling 🤚 Own the Random Encounter (1998) Collector’s Print: Geeky Specs & Shipping

Heavyweight 240 g/m² premium poster paper isn't messing around; it's museum high quality that flexes like Elizabeth Berkley's questionable life choices in Random Encounter (1998). Vibrant colors explode off the page: think blood-red knife flashes and sultry party blues that pop harder than Alicia Brayman's career implosion. Deep blacks swallow secrets like Kyle Jones swallows alibis. You're not just buying a poster; you're acquiring a piece of Random Encounter (1998) history, the kind of glossy beast that laughs at fading and yellowing like it laughs at plot logic.

Shipping? Locked and loaded for zero drama. A4 and A3 formats arrive perfectly flat in reinforced protective packaging (no curls, no rolls, no excuses). Larger A2 and A1 formats are carefully rolled in heavy-duty tubes to ensure maximum protection during transit. All formats ready to be framed instantly, because who has time for creases when you're unraveling murder frames? This is collector-grade armor: rigid boards for small sizes hug every edge; tubes for big boys defy postal thugs. Unbox it pristine, slap it up, and bask in Berkley's bewildered glory.

Specs drill down: Acid-free stock means eternal youth, no brittle crumbling after marathons. Gloss coating repels dust, smudges, and bad vibes. Colors calibrated for that '90s thriller punch: neon neons for nightlife lures, shadowy depths for deceit dives. Weight feels premium in hand, substantial like the conspiracy weighing on Alicia. Museum quality? Straight from galleries that house real art, now slumming it with cult cheese. Shipping deets seal the deal: tracked, insured, arrives faster than Detective Royko on a corpse call. Global reach, no borders on your obsession. Instant frame-ready means zero hassle; pop in aluminium and dominate. This print's built for fanatics who demand perfection in their trash treasures. Own the specs, ship the legend, live the thrill.

🎞️ Framing the Genius: Random Encounter (1998)’s Visual Legacy

Douglas Jackson's Random Encounter (1998) wields cinematography like Alicia Brayman's desperate knife swings: raw, urgent, unapologetically lurid. Visual language screams '90s thriller gospel: handheld cams jitter through cocktail parties turning claustrophobic, wide angles distort apartments into paranoia pits. Quick cuts mimic Alicia's pulse as handsome stranger Kyle Jones morphs from dreamboat to nightmare fuel.

Color theory is a masterclass in seduction-to-slaughter: Warm amber glows seduce at the office bash, fooling Berkley's ambitious exec into bad beds. Crash to cold steely blues in the attack, knife lady's crimson slash exploding like forbidden fruit. High contrast blacks cloak conspiracies, Avery Shaw's shadows hiding extortion webs. Berkley's wardrobe? Power suits in fiery reds foreshadow bloodbaths, clashing with Kyle's slick grays for oily antagonist vibes.

Art direction nails iconic imagery: Alicia's trophy-cluttered office screams overachiever naivete, high school relics mocking her CEO dreams. Crime scene chaos lit by flickering neons, pooling blood glossy as this poster. Blake Preston's luxe pad drips moneyed menace, leather chairs swallowing secrets. Iconic poster shot? Berkley frozen mid-terror, blade gleaming, Kyle lurking: pure visual venom distilling the frame-job frenzy.

Legacy? This film's gritty grain and practical effects birth cult visuals that CGI dreams can't touch. Low-budget wizardry amps tension: rain-slick streets mirror moral slides, Dutch angles tilt trust into vertigo. Every frame's a time capsule of pre-millennium paranoia, where PR polish cracks under thriller grime. Hang this poster, and you're curating cinema's guilty pleasure palette. Jackson's lens doesn't prettify; it plunges you into deceit, colors bleeding urgency. Future revivals will dissect these shots for B-movie brilliance. Visual legacy locked: own it, frame it, thrill to it eternally.

👀 Did You Know ? 🤯 Fun facts about Random Encounter (1998)

Random Encounter (1998) trivia drops harder than Alicia Brayman's bad decisions! Elizabeth Berkley, fresh off Showgirls infamy, plays PR exec Alicia 'Allie' Brayman, channeling that Nomi Malone energy into a knife-fight frenzy. Fun fact: Viewers can't unsee the Showgirls ghost; one Rotten Tomatoes review gripes, 'Hard not to think of it whenever you see Berkley.'

Director Douglas Jackson, thriller machine, cranks this 89-minute blackmail bonanza after helming schlock like Scanners II. Writer Matt Dorff crafts cons tighter than Kyle Jones' lies (J.H. Wyman in real life). Cast secrets? Barry Flatman as sleazy mentor Blake Preston oozes boardroom venom; Frank Schorpion's Detective Ed Royko delivers deadpan snark that steals scenes. Mark Walker as Avery Shaw pulls puppet strings from shadows.

Production buzz: Shot in '98, direct-to-video drop means zero marketing, pure word-of-mouth cult simmer. Audience scores prove it: 3.5/5 stars for 'good thriller if you get past Berkley as 27-year-old CEO with high school trophies.' Plot assumes mega-scheme coordination, but hey, conmen gonna con. TV Guide roasted 'appalling performances,' yet that's catnip for fans craving camp.

Current hype? Streaming MIA (JustWatch confirms no platforms), making physical relics like this poster gold. Encyclopedia.com sums: 'Executive Berkley involved in extortion and murder coverup because she takes a shine to a mystery man.' Did you know? Berkley's fierce family loyalty shines; Alicia adores her parents amid the mess. Film's stub status on Wikipedia screams sleeper hit waiting for resurrection. '90s relic with zero CGI: practical stabs, real sweat. Fun fact: Party pickup plot echoes real tabloid scandals, but dialed to eleven. Buzz building in 2026 nostalgia waves; Reddit threads dissect 'underrated gem' status. Cast reunions? Nah, but Wyman's sci-fi glow-up contrasts this obscurity. Own the poster, own the secrets. Trivia jackpot: It's the thriller where picking up a stranger frames you forever. Dive in, geek out!

Before you panic… welcome to our FAQ 👋 (Yes, we see you, Sherlock) Before going full John Wick on your keyboard, we’ve gathered the answers to the most common questions right here. Grab some Popcorn, your answer is probably just below 👇

Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, tracking, returns… everything you need to know before confirming your order like Neo choosing the red pill.

📦 Where do you ship ?

We don’t ship to Hawkins, Tatooine, or Westeros, but good news: we ship worldwide, including all across Europe, the UK, the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and many other destinations.

🎬 Quick movie reference: In Cast Away, Tom Hanks survives on a deserted island thanks to a lost FedEx package.

Iconic scene… but definitely not the delivery experience we want for your Random Encounter (1998) poster 😅

👉 That’s exactly why we work with our trusted partner UPS® to make sure your package doesn’t end up lost in the middle of nowhere with only a volleyball for company.

📦 With UPS®, we offer:

  • Standard or Express delivery
  • Home delivery or UPS® Access Point (relay pickup)

💰 Shipping rates:

  • €4.95 standard shipping
  • Free shipping on orders over €50 with UPS® Access Point delivery

📍 The UPS® pickup point selection is made after payment.

⚠️ Please make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number, they’re essential for real-time tracking updates and delivery notifications.

Bottom line: at Popcorn Poster, your package arrives safely at your door, not on a deserted beach with “HELP” written in the sand.

⏱️ How long does delivery take ?

Great question and don’t worry, the answer won’t last as long as Titanic.

📦 All orders leave our warehouses within 24 hours after being placed. No waiting around like Tom Hanks in The Terminal.

🚚 Two delivery options with our partner UPS®:

  • Express delivery: 24–48 hours, depending on the destination country ( Faster than The Flash, no super suit required )
  • Standard delivery: around 1-6 business days ( Perfect if you’re not in a rush like Frodo heading to Mordor )

📍 All shipments are fully tracked in real time.
⚠️ Make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number at checkout — they’re essential to receive UPS® tracking updates at every step of the journey.

🌧️ Real-world disclaimer : Occasional delays can happen due to weather conditions, high shipping volumes or unexpected events. No need to panic, we usually start investigating after 7 business days (excluding weekends).

🚀 Why UPS®?
Because it’s simply the fastest international carrier, with one of the best delivery services in the world. We’d rather invest in reliability than turn your delivery into a Mission: Impossible scenario.

💸 We cover a large part of the shipping costs, because our goal is simple: to offer you the best delivery service possible, wherever you are in the world, no compromises.

Bottom line: your poster arrives fast, fully tracked, and without any Indiana Jones level adventures.

📍 Can I track my order ?

Yes. And not just “kind of” 😌 As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS® tracking link.

📦 With UPS®, you can track your poster in real time, step by step, almost like Nick Fury monitoring his agents.

📲 For tracking to work perfectly, it’s very important to double-check all your details before placing your order:

  • Complete and correct delivery address (This happens every day: missing house number, wrong country selected, incomplete street name…)
  • Valid and accessible email address
  • Correct phone number

🎬 Let’s be honest:
All we want is for your package with your awesome new poster to arrive as fast as possible, and in perfect condition.

A quick check now saves you from needing a Back to the Future-style time travel to fix a wrong address.

📧 One more important thing about email:
Please don’t use a throwaway or inaccessible email address. We won’t spam you (we’re not Skynet), but:

  • UPS® pickup codes are sent by email
  • Delivery notifications too

Without access to your inbox, there’s unfortunately nothing we can do, and your package may vanish forever, like a lost VHS tape from the 90s.

🎥 In short:
You know where your package is, when it arrives, and how to collect it, no need to play Sherlock Holmes or watch the street like Walter White behind the curtains.

🔄 What if I want to return my poster ?

We get it, even Citizen Kane didn’t please everyone.

🎨 Custom posters

Custom posters are non-returnable and non-refundable. They’re printed specifically for you, like a James Bond–tailored suit: once it’s made, it’s yours.

📦 Non-custom posters

For non-custom posters, please refer to our detailed return policy at the bottom of the page, under “Delivery Issues”. This section clearly explains return, refund, and resolution conditions.

🚚 Delivery issues (delay, lost or damaged package) If:

  • Your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe
  • Your package is lost
  • Your poster arrives damaged

👉 contact us at hello@popcornposter.com. We’ll immediately work with the carrier (UPS®) to resolve the issue.

📅 Please note:
The carrier has a formal process and timeline to declare a package as lost, 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Before that, the package is officially still “in transit”.

⏳ Delivery delays & right to a refund

The right to a refund for delivery delays only applies if the delay is not caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the seller’s control (weather conditions, strikes, exceptional events, etc.).

According to European Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • If no fixed delivery time is specified (only an estimate),
  • The seller must deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe, typically up to 30 days from the order confirmation

If this timeframe is exceeded, the seller is granted an additional one-week period to complete the delivery.

🎬 In short:
We never leave customers without support, but we also believe in solving things calmly, without a failed-season-finale level of drama.

Orders & Payments

Orders, payments & behind-the-scenes details (The part people skip… but shouldn’t)

💳 What payment methods do you accept ?

We keep it simple and secure 🔒

We accept:

  • Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are 100% secure. Even Bruce Wayne would approve this checkout.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order ?

Yes… and we’ve even built in a little flexibility 😌

👉 After payment, you have a 30-minute window to contact us if you’d like to:

  • Change the poster size
  • Switch the frame color
  • Upgrade from unframed to framed

Because sometimes you realize after checkout that the black frame would look way better and that’s totally fine.

⏱️ After this 30-minute window, your order enters production. At that point, changes are no longer possible, kind of like trying to rewrite a movie after the end credits.

🖼️ Good to know about delivery:

  • Framed posters arrive fully framed, ready to hang
  • Unframed posters are carefully protected in a plastic protective film
  • A4 and A3 unframed posters are shipped flat, not rolled, to prevent any deformation and ensure a perfect finish right out of the package

Our goal is simple:

to make sure your poster arrives fast, well-protected, and exactly how you imagined it, no bad surprises.

🧾 Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice ?

Absolutely 😌

After placing your order, you’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • An invoice with all details

If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (sometimes emails disappear like mail at Hogwarts).

Need a custom invoice? Just contact us.

💥 My order arrived damaged, what should I do ?

First: breathe 😌
Yes, it can happen. Even with the best carrier in the world, a delivery driver can have a bad day, be in a rush, or your package can go through a real adventure during transit.

👉 The good news:
Since working with UPS®, damaged packages are very rare.
Trust us… you don’t want to know how many emails we used to get with our previous carriers 😅

That problem is now solved thanks to:

  • Stronger protection
  • Better packaging
  • Much more reliable delivery

But let’s be real :
Packages travel for several days. They can fall, be stacked, sometimes crushed… Honestly, we should put a GoPro inside a package to see what it goes through 🎥📦

🚚 When we hand packages over to UPS®, everything is perfect :

Paolo, our UPS® driver, comes by every day with a smile, packages leave well protected and damage-free. After that… they go on their journey.

👉 If you’re part of the 1% of cases where a package arrives damaged :

It’s not a big deal. it’s annoying (we agree), and trust me:

👉 if I ordered something and received it damaged, I’d be annoyed too.

Here’s what to do calmly 👇

  1. Take a photo of the package
  2. Take a photo of the poster
  3. Email us at hello@popcornposter.com

(with your order number, ex. #1001)

📩 Important - Customer support :
Our customer service is handled exclusively by email.

🙅‍♂️ Not via Instagram

🙅‍♂️ Not via TikTok

🙅‍♂️ And unfortunately… not by owls either ⚡🦉

Why ? Because email allows us to :

  • Properly track your case
  • Keep all information in one place
  • Respond quickly and efficiently

📬 Marion checks emails every single day and replies to everyone.

If we have all the required info, within 24 hours, we’ll find a solution together, fast, and one that works for you.

🙏 Friendly advice :

  • Please avoid ALL CAPS emails
  • Avoid aggressive or entitled tones

Otherwise Marion gets angry… and I have to deal with her being angry all day 😡😅

Nobody wins.

If Marion solved your issue (and trust us, she really solves them all), please consider leaving a Trustpilot review mentioning her name: Marion isn’t ChatGPT, she reads every review, and she’ll absolutely love seeing her name mentioned with positive feedback 👀😇

🎬 Bottom line :

We ship dozens of packages every day, we do everything we can to make sure everything arrives perfectly, and when something goes wrong, we own it and fix it.

Simple, human, efficient. 🫶

❓ I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

First things first, something very important 👇 (No panic, this isn’t an episode of Lost.)

👉 Make sure you entered complete and accurate contact details when placing your order:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Valid email address
  • Phone number

Without this information, even the best carrier in the world can’t work miracles.

📦 All orders are tracked via UPS®, and the tracking is (truly) extremely precise.

🎬 A quick look at your package’s journey:

  • As soon as we create your shipping label and attach it to the package → Bam, email
  • Every day around 12 PM, Paolo, our awesome UPS® driver, comes by to collect the parcels
  • Before your package even enters his super truck, Paolo scans each parcel one by oneBam, email
  • When he drops your package at the UPS® logistics hub for proper routing → Quick scan, Bam email

👉 Result: you receive an email at every single movement of your package. Your poster is tracked more closely than a main character in a TV series.

🖨️ Important note for custom posters:

Custom posters may require up to 24 additional hours of processing, depending on demand. Why ?

Because this one isn’t in stock, we create it ourselves, specifically for you. Nothing to worry about, it may just take a little longer, and that’s completely normal.

Now, real-world shipping reality :

Delays can happen (weather conditions, logistics issues, unexpected events). It’s not common, but it happens.

👉 We only really start worrying after 7 business days (excluding weekends).

If that timeframe is exceeded, contact us and we’ll immediately open an investigation with UPS®.

🎬 Bottom line:
We never leave a customer without a solution, but we also avoid jumping to conclusions like a Netflix thriller after 10 minutes.

If you’re really worried about where your order might be hiding, send us an email at hello@popcornposter.com and Marion will take care of the investigation with Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Machine 🕵️‍♂️🚐🍿

About Our Products

This is where we answer all the questions your brain asks while staring at a poster thinking : “Okay… but is it really that cool in real life?” Spoiler: it is.

🍿 What kind of posters do you sell ?

At Popcorn Poster, we don’t do “a bit of home decor.” We do cinema. A lot of cinema. Probably too much cinema. 🎬🍿

More specifically, our catalog includes thousands of movie and TV series posters, in multiple languages, sourced from cinemas all around the world.

Yes ! we’re talking about one of the largest movie poster catalogs in the world. And no, we’re not just saying that for fun (okay… maybe a little).

You’ll find posters from:

  • 🎥 cult movies you can quote by heart
  • 🏛️ timeless classics you deeply respect
  • 🚀 recent films that blew your mind
  • 📺 iconic TV series you binge-watched “just one episode”… until sunrise

And most importantly : 👉 in multiple languages, because cinema has never spoken just one.

🎞️ Where do our posters come from?

Our posters can be:

  • Original cinema posters, used in theaters around the world
  • Or high-quality reprints, when the original isn’t available in the size you choose

Either way, we’re obsessive about quality, so the final result looks amazing on your wall, not just accurate on paper.

🎬 What if I can’t find the movie or series of my dreams?

That’s exactly why we created CHOOSE YOUR MOVIE 🕶️ If you can’t find what you’re looking for :

  1. Simply type the movie or TV show name
  2. Choose the size
  3. And we take care of the rest

👉 No endless searching

👉 No comparing random websites

👉 No DIY headaches

You choose.

We print.

You receive your poster.

🎥 In short:

Popcorn Poster means:

  • A massive catalog
  • Worldwide cinema
  • Thousands of references
  • And the certainty that even if you don’t see it right away…

    👉 your movie exists here.
🖨️ Is the print quality actually that good ?

Let’s be honest right from the start :

👉 these are probably the worst posters of all time. Blurry, poorly printed, dull colors… Basically, the kind of quality you’d expect from a movie filmed on a phone in the back row of a cinema in 2004.

Okay, obviously not 😄 If that were true, we’d be selling bootleg DVDs in a parking lot.

🎬 Let’s get serious (but not too serious)

Our posters are designed to last, not just look good in an Instagram story.

🖨️ For reprinted posters (when the original isn’t available in your chosen size) :

  • We use eco-friendly, long-lasting, high-quality inks
  • Resistant to time and light
  • To avoid the “yellowing poster after a few months” effect

📄 The paper:

  • 240g museum-grade paper
  • Thick, premium feel
  • Elegant matte finish

Definitely not thin paper that wrinkles if you breathe near it.

🖼️ The frames:

  • Made of aluminum
  • Lightweight once on the wall
  • Won’t warp
  • Won’t lose color over time
  • Impressive lifespan

The kind of frame you hang, forget about, and still looks perfect years later.

🎞️ One important (and honest) thing to know

As you might expect :

👉 The older the movie, the more the print quality depends on the original source.

A movie poster from the 1970s:

  • Won’t always look ultra-sharp 4K
  • And that’s completely normal

It’s like watching The Godfather: Not Dolby Vision 2025, but that’s exactly part of its charm.

🎬 Bottom line:

Our posters are:

  • Carefully printed
  • Made with premium materials
  • Designed to last
  • And respectful of cinema history

Not a tired VHS, not fake overhyped 4K, but an honest, cinematic result, as it should be.

🖼️ Are the frames high quality ?

Let’s start with the truth: 👉 of course not.
We love wasting time, money, and energy selling terrible frames.

Okay, obviously no 😄 If that were the case, we’d do what everyone else does: cheap, fragile frames and “good luck assembling it yourself.”

🎬 A true story

At first, we used wooden frames. On paper, they looked nice. In real life? Not so much.

👉 Once on the wall, they warped over time.

👉 And during shipping… they could literally break apart.

So we made a simple decision:

🛑 stop using wood

✅ switch to aluminum

🖼️ Why aluminum?

Because:

  • It’s lightweight (no Final Destination moment for your wall)
  • It doesn’t warp
  • It doesn’t yellow
  • It keeps its color for years
  • And has an impressive lifespan

🎬 In short:

frames built to last longer than most movie trilogies.

🛠️ And most importantly… no IKEA-style assembly

When you order a framed poster from Popcorn Poster,

👉 it arrives already framed, ready to hang.

Not like:

  • Some poster sellers
  • Or an IKEA piece you assemble on a Sunday night with one screw left over

We do the work for you.

🎨 What we actually do (and yes, it takes time)

  • We select the frame (black, chrome, white…)
  • Carefully place the poster inside
  • Make sure no dust or hair sneaks in
  • Wrap everything in our protective sleeves
  • Place it in strong packaging
  • And off it goes 🚚🍿

✨ The finish

Our frames have:

  • A slightly matte finish
  • With just a touch of shine

Once on the wall or on a shelf, it makes a real difference in a home. Because a poster isn’t just decoration.

It’s:

  • An atmosphere
  • A soul
  • Your personality on display

You’re not going to pick a generic, ugly frame everyone else has.

👉 Your home represents who you are.

And every day, when you walk past your poster, you’ll feel that little moment of satisfaction. You’ll see 😌
